Description
This detached holiday home is located on a quiet side street at the beginning of the Lindbergh-plage residential area. It is surrounded by a large fenced garden (hedges and wire mesh fence) with mature trees.
It has three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, as well as a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a gas stove and an induction cooktop. In the garden there is a large terrace with a built-in barbecue and a retractable wind and privacy screen. For your comfort, there is a rotary clothes dryer for drying your laundry. In addition to satellite TV with all German channels, there is of course super-fast Wi-Fi.
Directly on the property in front of the house there are parking spaces for at least 2 cars.
The underfloor heating is heated by a geothermal heat pump. Layout:
Ground floor: Spacious living/dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140 cm), bathroom with bathtub and shower, separate WC
Upper floor: 1 bedroom (double bed 160 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds of 90 cm each)
Please note:
Although there are three bedrooms in the house, it is rented to a maximum of 4 people, as there is only one bathroom. Of course, all three bedrooms may be used. And if the fifth person is a child up to 12 years old, that is also acceptable. Rentals take place from the end of March to the end of October each year.

Location and surroundings of object
Although the region today is more influenced by tourism than before, the kilometer-long sandy beach offers enough space for all visitors, even in the high season. A walk in the early morning often reveals a peaceful silence, accompanied only by the sound of the waves – a true moment of harmony with nature. And should you ever encounter someone, you may be pleased: The mild climate caused by the Gulf Stream apparently creates a friendly atmosphere here, in which even strangers still greet politely and often exchange warm words.

Dogs are allowed to run free on the beach outside of high season. In the high season, July and August, they are unfortunately completely forbidden on the beach from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Before that - until 9:30 a.m. - and afterwards - from 7:30 p.m. - they are allowed to go to the beach, officially on a leash.

Wellness vacation
It feels like an eternity since we spent a great holiday in this house with our dogs. We felt very comfortable, and we lacked for nothing.
The communication with Mrs. Hendricks during the booking was just as one would wish. No questions were left unanswered, and we knew everything we needed to know upon arrival. The contact with the landlady was also very friendly, and we overcame the language barrier together with a lot of fun.
We would love to come back someday.

Perfect Normandy Vacation
Everything fell into place perfectly. The nice contact with Mrs. Hendricks and with Jeanne on site, the cozy, well-furnished house, the large garden, the weather, being able to walk to the beach. As enthusiastic Normandy vacationers, our expectations were certainly high. Lindbergh-Plage is simply one of our favorite spots. The tranquility, the sea, the surroundings. Our three dogs also had a great time again. We can recommend the house without reservation and would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation days in a dreamy environment with a well-equipped house.
Our first vacation in Normandy led me and my dog to the holiday home Jeanne at Lindbergh Plage. It was important, of course, that the four-legged friend could come along, and that it is preferably on one level, as my dog is already older and also has one paw missing.
In addition to these requirements, the house also offered everything my heart desired: a bedroom on the ground floor, so I didn't even need the upstairs, a bathroom with both a bathtub (for rainy days, which I didn't have) and a shower, separate toilet, a nice large living and dining room, and a kitchen with everything you could need.
And before I forget: Very friendly communication with Mrs. Hendricks beforehand and a warm welcome from Mme Jeanne on site :-)
Fenced garden, parking directly at the house, and the sea and dunes within walking distance. Just for shopping, you had to go to either Portbail or La Hague.
The beach was practically empty even on weekends and holidays, so it was pure relaxation for us :-)
We would love to come back sometime, if we may?

Dream vacation with dog
We spent a fantastic holiday in Normandy with our dogs. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It is very comfortably furnished and the beds are really good. We didn't miss anything at all. We were warmly greeted by the owner and felt very comfortable in the house. The price-performance ratio is really okay. We would rent the house again at any time.

Great holiday home for humans and dogs
We were at House Jeanne for the second time.
The furnishings and the large garden are perfect.
Our two dogs were able to run around on the beach extensively in great weather.
Even in high season, the beach was empty.
Jeanne is a loving landlord.
Already booked again for next year.
