Port-en-Bessin is located between Grandchamp and Arromanches, in the heart of the Le Bessin region. The city's port, 2.5 km away, is worth seeing. There, fishing is still seen as a craft. The medieval town of Bayeux also offers many cultural highlights.

The cottages are far from clean. Plumbing stinks and the TV hasn't worked for days. Front desk says there's something with a server or something.

We have been booking through belvilla for some time and found this stay not worthy of belvilla, the houses were smaller than expected. To the eye clean, dust and dirt under the beds and corners. Furniture and kitchen outdated. A felt pad under the chairs makes the houses less noisy. The pool was kept clean as well as the grounds. Excellent environment for people who want to enjoy the peace and nature. Good base for a visit to the D-day memorials.
