Located in an idyllic garden, the typically Norman holiday home offers a picturesque setting for your vacation. The building, renovated in 2016, conveys a particularly cozy atmosphere with its brick interior walls and rustic beamed ceilings, without having to forego the most modern comforts. There are several pleasant outdoor seating areas on the closed, flower-decorated garden plot, which is located on the outskirts of the small village. You are welcome to buy delicious organic vegetables directly from your neighbor, the house owner, and visit the small chicken coop for a fresh breakfast egg as an attraction for the children. Enjoy the tranquil rural vibe just minutes by car from the beautiful Alabaster Coast. Or you can explore the surrounding area on the four bicycles provided.
The municipality of Les Grandes Ventes is surrounded by green nature just below the well-known Bay of the Somme. An ideal starting point to explore the beauties and tourist strongholds of the white Alabaster Coast.
Activities nearby : Visit the port towns of Dieppe and Le Tréport, the chic turn-of-the-century villas in the seaside resort of Mers-Les-Bains or the impressive cliffs of Étretat. A special tip is the picturesque village of Varengeville-sur-Mer, voted the most popular village in France in 2016. The surrounding coastal landscape and the Saint-Valéry church were a favorite subject for the most important Impressionists, such as Turner, Renoir, Claude Monet and many others.

Nice private house, all comfort. Even an automatic woodstove for the colder days. Friendly owners who live next to it. The nearby town is small but lots of shops for groceries ect. Looking forward to go back. :-)
