The apartment was overall completely fine and well-equipped. The air conditioning also worked perfectly and does not smell. The only major drawback is the access: The path consists only of 40x40 cm large terrace slabs for the driving lane, all of which are broken. Sharp edges are sticking up everywhere, so you have to walk the path first to check for obstacles before driving. At one point, previous guests even placed extra slabs underneath so that the underbody does not scrape. The access is actually only possible with an off-road vehicle. Those arriving in a normal car like a 3-series BMW or Audi A4 must park on the main road and walk the last 20 meters.
