Description
We offer a lovingly furnished semi-detached house for up to 6 people. The modern architect-designed house was completed in 2016 and since spring 2020 the rear half has been rented out as a holiday home. The house is completely tiled. Ground floor and the 2 shower bathrooms are heated by underfloor heating. The rooms upstairs are equipped with radiators
The house offers on the ground floor a kitchen-living room with sofa bed (140x200cm), SMART-TV as well as kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with oven and microwave, a double room with TV, shower bath - barrier-free - with washing machine and hairdryer. A utility room is also available
On the upper floor there is a living/bedroom (with kitchenette, TV and double sofa bed), a double room and another shower room
The rooms are individually and friendly furnished. An internet connection is available via W-LAN. One of the three existing TVs is a SMART-TV (=internet-capable TV). The SMART-TV is in the living room/EG.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a lockable shed for your e-bikes in the garden. We have a wallbox (charging station for e-cars) that can also be used by holiday guests. Electricity costs when using the wallbox are charged extra. Otherwise, all additional costs are included in the price.
A maximum of two dogs are allowed, but no bitches in heat. We ourselves (2 pers.) live in the front semi-detached house and have a dog. The property is completely fenced in (1.40m). The holiday home has its own fenced garden area. If you would like to do something without your dog, we offer a dog-sitting service.

From 01.01.2022, the 2-G rule will apply in the Bendestorf holiday home.
If you have to cancel because of Covid-19 (reason: legal regulation, Covid-19 illness or quarantine of the landlord or tenant), there are no mutual claims. All payments will be refunded. No cancellation costs.

Bendestorf (pop. approx.) is an idyllic village with great walking and hiking opportunities through the Kleckerwald forest, the surrounding fields and meadows, but also through the village with its spacious villa-like properties. Also in the village:

Buchholz (population approx.) is 8km away. In the pedestrian zone and surrounding area there are many shops, 50 shops alone, numerous restaurants and cafés in the "Buchholz Galerie" shopping centre.
The "Empore" event centre is centrally located in the pedestrian zone and hosts around 200 high-level events a year - comedy, cabaret, concerts, readings, musicals, cabaret, dance and theatre.
Lüneburg Heath Nature Park. Buchholz lies on the northern edge of the "Lüneburger Heide", one of the most beautiful holiday regions in northern Germany. This cultural landscape of forests, fields, moors and heathland, unique in Europe, is criss-crossed by hiking and cycling trails (hiking destinations: Wilseder Berg, Totengrund, Undeloh, Bispingen). Restaurants and cafés everywhere invite you to take a breather.

Hamburg city centre (33km away) can be reached by train and car in a good half hour. There are train stations in Buchholz (8km away) and Klecken (5km away). If you don't want to use your car at all, walk 10 minutes from the holiday home to the Bendestorf bus stop "Poststraße", take the bus for 37 minutes to Hamburg-Harburg station, get on the S-Bahn there and 15 minutes later you are at Hamburg main station.
Lüneburg (45km away) can be reached by car in 45min. By public transport, the journey takes longer (1.5 h), as the connection is via Hamburg.

Beautiful house, pure relaxation
On the day of arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mrs. Stürmer. She showed us everything and explained everything in the house.
We were 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. Everyone felt very comfortable.
The house has everything you need. Bed linen, towels, washing machine (detergent provided), dishwasher (tabs provided), and much more. And if you miss anything, Mrs. Stürmer is always available.
The location is beautiful. We were able to take beautiful walks with our dog. The forest is nearby, as well as two hiking trails.
The Edeka supermarket was also only about 2 km away, where we did our shopping and got bread rolls.
We highly recommend the holiday home.

Super great holiday home for humans and dogs.
Very beautiful and modern holiday home in a wonderfully quiet location. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Everything fits together in the furnishings and you can immediately tell that it has been done with a lot of love and taste.
We immediately felt comfortable and at home. Our dog felt the same way and first sniffed around the fenced-in garden. There is also a beautiful terrace here.
There is nothing missing in terms of equipment. You can find everything you need and they have also thought of the four-legged friends. There are extra blankets and towels for them.
The kitchen equipment is complete and not, as experienced before, put together from old, discarded inventory.
We also found the notices and explanations that were posted everywhere to be helpful.
There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms, which are even wheelchair accessible on the ground floor.
The outdoor area of the entire property is also lovingly and naturally designed.
In summary, everything is right with this holiday home, it is simply highly recommended *****!*!.
And last but not least, we would like to highlight the very sympathetic, helpful, and uncomplicated landlords.
Overall, it was a very nice week, the weather was also good, and we are already considering when we will come back.

A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired!
A true insider tip!!! We traveled as a family. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. The apartment lacked nothing and was really super clean. A compliment goes to the cleaning lady.
The landlords are very nice, the contact was always friendly, uncomplicated and they were very helpful.
The area is very quiet but also centrally located. Whether you want to enjoy nature (the forest is right around the corner) or sniff city air (Hamburg, for example, is easily accessible by train), everything was possible. So we explored the surroundings almost every day. There was something for everyone.
All that's left is for us to say "thank you for the great time".

Like at home ❤️
We have been to the beautiful semi-detached house of Mrs. Stürmer 6 or 7 times by now; sometimes just with dogs, other times with family or friends. We always feel very comfortable there, sleep very well, and enjoy the quiet location and perfect vacation home.

Everything is fine, happy to come back!
We rented the holiday home from Mrs Stürmer to travel to the trade fair in Hamburg every day. The stay in the house was extremely pleasant, the furnishings great, the house very well maintained and clean. The communication with Mrs Stürmer was super and uncomplicated at all times. Pure relaxation for man and dog
We had a wonderful week in the very bright, friendly and fully equipped holiday home. There was enough space for us 5 adults plus a dog (also suitable for a home office).
The garden was inviting and fenced all around and certainly a wonderful place in the countryside in warm weather. We will just have to come back again.
The beds were very comfortable, with adjustable slatted frames and even our dog had his corner, namely the extra utility room.
The location of the house is perfect for long walks and for trips to Hamburg or the sea. The landlady was very friendly and would even have looked after the dog.

The holiday home is quietly situated, beautifully and lovingly furnished and immediately gives a feeling of harmony, relaxation and holiday. Very good
The holiday home is perfect. The location is beautiful and quiet. You can be in the forest or on hiking trails in 2 minutes. The landlady has left small hiking maps in the house, so you can really start walking right away without too many problems. Lüneburg and other towns worth visiting are only a few kilometres away. The house has everything your heart desires, it is spotlessly clean and you feel at home from the first moment. Since our holiday was in October, the house was even pre-heated. There is really nothing to complain about in this holiday home and the landlady was very pleasant. It was wonderful and one week was far too short. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this holiday home.

Modern, well equipped holiday home in central location
The house is modern and lovingly furnished, we wanted for nothing. There is even a garden shed (shed would be an understatement) for bicycles with charging facilities for e-bikes.
The central location invites you to go on excursions to the Heide, to Hamburg and to the North and Baltic Sea. There are many possibilities for activities. The contact with the landlady was very friendly and obliging from booking to departure.

Sehr schön für mit Hunden ausgestattetes Feriendomizil
Das Ferienhaus ist super toll eingerichtet und im Erdgeschoss ist überall Fussbodenheizung.
Das Badezimmer ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet. Der Garten ist für Hunde komplett
eingezäunt. Im Haus befindet sich alles was man zum täglichen Gebrauch benötigt und es sind sogar Hundehandtücher und Hundedecken vorhanden. Frau Stürmer ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb von Bendestorf direkt in der Nähe eines Waldes und dort ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr schön ist der Ort Jesteburg , dort befindet sich alles, was man zu täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Ich behalte diesen Urlaub in sehr schönen Erinnerung und kann dieses Domizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Bestes Ferienhaus ever, 1a für Hundebesitzer
Es war alles top ?, alles vorhanden, ob in Küche, Bad, oder Bett (sehr gute Matratzen!), sogar für die Hunde sind Decken und Handtücher vorhanden, ganz zu schweigen von dem Hundeservice der Vermieterin, die sich gerne um die Hunde kümmert, (lange!) spazieren geht und offenbar mit jedem Hund klar kommt. Das Haus hat ein Wohlfühl-Klima, ganz wunderbar, umzäunter eigener Garten und das Gesamt-Grundstück ist nochmal umzäunt, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in diesem sehr schönen und liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war einfach an alles gedacht und alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Und alles war blitzsauber. Wir haben tolle Wanderungen in der idyllischen Umgebung gemacht. Zur Orientierung gibt es 4 markierte Wanderwege in Bendestorf, die durch Wald und Wiesen zu verschiedenen Fischteichen, einem Bach, zum Fluss Seeve, zu Heidschnucken, Hühnengräbern und einer Mädchenwanderung führen. Auch die weitere Umgebung ist empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt einem viele Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das Haus liegt ganz nah am Wand, wo es wunderschöne Spazierwege gibt. Der untere Teil ist ausgebaut für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Urlaubseindrücke
Wunderschönes, modernes und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Für uns 4 Erwachsene
( 1 Paar und 2 Singles) ideal, da 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und so die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurückzuziehen.
Auch das Parken von 2 Fahrzeugen war kein Problem.
Das Ferienhaus ist voll ausgestattet, es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr über die reichlich und farblich unterschiedlichen Handtücher gefreut.
Der kleine grüne Garten bietet die Möglichkeit im freien zu Essen oder einfach nach einem Ausflug etwas zu entspannen. Durch einige große Bäume hat man den Eindruck direkt im Wald zu wohnen und auch viele Vögel und ein Eichhörnchen fühlen sich hier sehr wohl.
Von der Unterkunft aus kann man schnell schöne Wanderwege erreichen und Heidelbeeren Fans können ihrer Sammelleidenschaft nach gehen. Wir konnten viele Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung machen z. B. Lüneburg, Buxtehude, Undeloh, Hamburg, Vogelpark in Walsrode, eine Kutschfahrt in Schnevedingen.
Eine Wanderung durch die Heide auf der Suche nach den Heidschnucken - wir haben sie gefunden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit durch die voll ausgestattete Küche selbst zu kochen oder im Ort bzw. näherer Umgebung Essen zu gehen. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der " Horster Mühle", das Essen war sehr lecker und im Wintergarten ist man auch vor einem Regenguss geschützt. ( unbedingt reservieren)
Der Italiener " Dal Camino" in Bendestorf bietet einen sehr schönen Garten und die Speisen erinnern an Urlaub in Italien.
Auch das griechische Restaurant " Delphi" punktet mit seinem Essen, allerdings ist der Wirt etwas speziell. Man sollte dies bei schönem Wetter und Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien besuchen.
Für Fleischesser können wir das brasilianische Restaurant " Hacienda" in Jesteburg empfehlen und unbedingt Rodizio essen.
Unser Dank gilt nochmals der Vermieterin, Frau Sabine Stürmer, die nett und unaufdringlich uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Es war ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.

Ferien unter alten Eichen
Selten ein so schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gehabt. Vom Fön bis zum Kartoffelschäler war alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das untere Bad mit einer großen Dusche ohne Barriere ist wunderbar groß und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Genügend Haken und Ablagefläche. Man schaut in einen Garten mit großen alten Bäumen, ein eigenes Eichhörnchen scheint es auch zu geben :-). Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Eine Oase zum Erholen.
Am Rande der Nordheide gelegenes Idyll.
Die Ausstattung ist neu und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Betten in denen man wunderbar schläft. Alles sauber und großzügig bemessen. Frau Stürmer ist als Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und sehr gut erholt.

Uitstekende vakantieplek

Das FeHaus hat unsere Erwatungen voll getroffen und war genau só wie bebildert und beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und das Hundesitting hat auch gut funktioniert.

Perfektes Ferienhaus
Das moderne Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, gemütlich und ausgestattet wie ein zu Hause. In der Küche war einfach alles vorhanden, was wie brauchten. Großzügige Ausstattung mit Handtüchern. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, wunderschöne Spaziergänge mit Hund durch den Wald, 10 min Spaziergang zum Restaurant, Supermarkt im Ort, 10 min mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof in Klecken um mit der Bahn nach Hamburg zu fahren. Lüneburger Heide ums Eck. Bei der Ankunft begrüßt einen die wunderschöne Bepflanzung - und natürlich die sehr sympathische Vermieterin.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Ferienhaus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber, so daß wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind) uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. An der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Besen, Staubsauger und auch Reinigungsmittel. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Garten, wo man schön sitzen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so daß man sich schön erholen kann.
Man hat einen eigenen Autostellplatz vor der Tür.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nicht aufdringlich und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben. Sie hat uns Tipps und Infos gegeben, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann.
Für uns war es im Gesamten sein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Good day, i live in the front semi-detached house with my partner and our little mongrel dog Jule (neutered). We are both very experienced with dogs (for a long time we always had two dogs, some of them very large) and enjoy walking or cycling in the countryside. We also like to visit events - rather on the smaller stages, of which there are a lot here in the Nordheide. But we also know Hamburg and Lüneburg very well and can therefore give our guests lots of tips. I built the back half of the house - the current holiday home - for my parents. That's why the shower room on the ground floor is barrier-free and the caregiver lived on the enclosed upper floor. in 2020, this half was remodelled and has since been rented out as a holiday home.
