Family-friendly holiday complex with a very nice swimming pool, sauna and steam bath and various sports facilities. In the middle of the green hills between Pisa and Florence you can spend wonderfully relaxing days here. Per apartment you can take one hour of free riding lessons in your own riding school and you also have one free entry per person in the wellness area. The comfortable apartments are equipped with WiFi and air conditioning and are spread over three buildings grouped around the swimming pool. Enjoy a delicious dinner with a good glass of wine in the on-site restaurant. Vinci is the birthplace of the famous scientist Leonardo da Vinci. Visit the house where he was born in the small hamlet of Anchchiano, about two miles outside, and admire drawings, models and replicas of his machines and inventions at the Museo Leonardio di Vinci, which is located in the Castello di Conti Guidi. Also worth seeing is the small church of Di Santa Croce with its beautiful architecture.You can also stroll through the handicraft and pottery shops.In Vinci there are several restaurants, bars and trattorias where you can get simple but good and typical regional dishes.

The facility is actually very nicely located and the basic substance is in order, but there is clearly a lack of someone who takes care of repairs, the refrigerator in one apartment was broken, towels frayed (they should have been discarded), the couch was completely worn out, Although 4 people can stay only one table with 3 chairs, thank God we were able to move to the new part above the riding hall after 2 days, but even if you looked closely here, you found defects, the dishes even for 2 people were a bit small , It was just enough for breakfast, Some of the paneling on the ceiling was gone, The oven in the kitchen wasn't installed correctly

Overall, a very pleasant experience, The location is peaceful, among green hills, Our apartment was spacious, with all the necessary amenities, including WiFi and air conditioning, The wellness area was a nice touch, and the bottle of wine on arrival was appreciated, Although the area has its charm, the village of Vinci was a bit quiet, but we enjoyed discovering local restaurants.

Our experience at Borgo Pinete was generally quite positive. The location is peaceful, and the views from the property are beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the local trattorias.
