Sunny garden with terrace and separate cozy breakfast nook, garden furniture, sun loungers, large clothes rack, grill, 2 bicycles. Parking spot directly at the house. Pets on request.

Centrally located, yet situated on a rarely used side street.
Former health resort with exemplary infrastructure, i.e., very good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (max. 10 minutes on foot). Supermarket and discount store (Rewe, Aldi, Norma), Tedi market, Kik, drugstore (Rossmann), bakeries (2), butchers (2), restaurant, pizzeria, fast food outlets, bank, hardware stores, gas station, post office, savings banks (2), hairdresser, barber shop, pharmacy, general practitioner as well as physiotherapy and osteopathic practice etc.
Ideal starting point for city tours of Bad Ems, Braunfels, Diez, Hadamar, Koblenz, Limburg, Montabaur, Weilburg, Westerburg, etc. Good transport connections to the A3 and to the ICE train station Montabaur (approx. 10-15 minutes travel time).
Numerous hiking routes (Westerwaldsteig) in the nearby area, family-friendly cycle path on former railway line to Westerburg

Very nice holiday apartment

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is very clean and has everything you need. The landlords are very nice. The garden is beautiful. The surroundings invite you to take walks in nature. Shopping can be done within walking distance.
We were only there for a few days, but it was wonderful. If needed, we would gladly come back.

Quality that impresses

My previous tenants have actually described everything. You have to look hard to find any points of criticism. Only the somewhat steep stairs to the bathroom and bedrooms on the first floor could cause some problems for people with walking difficulties. That is the only thing that does not contribute to the 100% perfection of this holiday home. Everything else is top notch.

Very nice holiday home

Very nice holiday home.
Nothing is missing, everything you need is there.
The house is clean and located in a quiet side street.
The landlords are very nice.
It is not far to the shops, everything is close by.
The terrace and garden invite you to relax.
We would like to come back.

Feel-good house

We felt very comfortable here. The house is equipped with everything to make you feel at home (separate reading chairs in case the weather doesn't cooperate and you don't want to use the living room). Also in the kitchen or for cooking or dishes etc. there is nothing lacking! Beautiful garden with several seating areas completes the house

All-inclusive vacation package

House and garden fully met our expectations. The location is very quiet, hiking trails can be reached on foot from the house. Shopping opportunities just around the corner. The garden was completely sufficient for our dog, barbecuing is a must as the weather permits. The kitchen has everything you need on vacation, the fireplace in the living room allowed us to end the day in cozy warmth. We felt very comfortable all around!!!
