Central location in a low-traffic side street.
3 rooms and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, dining area, underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Wood stove. Additional toilet on the ground floor.
Sunny garden with terrace and separate cozy breakfast nook, garden furniture, sun loungers, large clothes rack, grill, 2 bicycles. Parking spot directly at the house. Pets on request.

Centrally located, yet situated on a rarely used side street.
Former health resort with exemplary infrastructure, i.e., very good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (max. 10 minutes on foot). Supermarket and discount store (Rewe, Aldi, Norma), Tedi market, Kik, drugstore (Rossmann), bakeries (2), butchers (2), restaurant, pizzeria, fast food outlets, bank, hardware stores, gas station, post office, savings banks (2), hairdresser, barber shop, pharmacy, general practitioner as well as physiotherapy and osteopathic practice etc.
Ideal starting point for city tours of Bad Ems, Braunfels, Diez, Hadamar, Koblenz, Limburg, Montabaur, Weilburg, Westerburg, etc. Good transport connections to the A3 and to the ICE train station Montabaur (approx. 10-15 minutes travel time).
Numerous hiking routes (Westerwaldsteig) in the nearby area, family-friendly cycle path on former railway line to Westerburg

Very nice holiday apartment

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is very clean and has everything you need. The landlords are very nice. The garden is beautiful. The surroundings invite you to take walks in nature. Shopping can be done within walking distance.
We were only there for a few days, but it was wonderful. If needed, we would gladly come back.

Quality that impresses

My previous tenants have actually described everything. You have to look hard to find any points of criticism. Only the somewhat steep stairs to the bathroom and bedrooms on the first floor could cause some problems for people with walking difficulties. That is the only thing that does not contribute to the 100% perfection of this holiday home. Everything else is top notch.

Very nice holiday home

Very nice holiday home.
Nothing is missing, everything you need is there.
The house is clean and located in a quiet side street.
The landlords are very nice.
It is not far to the shops, everything is close by.
The terrace and garden invite you to relax.
We would like to come back.

Feel-good house

We felt very comfortable here. The house is equipped with everything to make you feel at home (separate reading chairs in case the weather doesn't cooperate and you don't want to use the living room). Also in the kitchen or for cooking or dishes etc. there is nothing lacking! Beautiful garden with several seating areas completes the house

All-inclusive vacation package

House and garden fully met our expectations. The location is very quiet, hiking trails can be reached on foot from the house. Shopping opportunities just around the corner. The garden was completely sufficient for our dog, barbecuing is a must as the weather permits. The kitchen has everything you need on vacation, the fireplace in the living room allowed us to end the day in cozy warmth. We felt very comfortable all around!!!

Relaxation, tranquility, space, idyll with all amenities.

Even after our 6th booking, we are completely thrilled! The house offers space, tranquility, and is extensively equipped. The garden offers space for relaxation or for children to play and have fun. It is centrally located and shopping facilities are within walking distance. For families, animal parks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, climbing parks, and indoor playgrounds can be reached by car in a short time. The landscape is great and varied. We will continue to spend our holidays in Wallmerod in the future!

Loved Our Stay

We visited this holiday home in June 2018. The House was perfect, Clean and modern. The house had all the equipment we could possibly need, including travel cot, bedding and garden chairs the kitchen was full of all cooking utensils required. It was within walking distance of everywhere we needed and close by to interesting towns and cities that we drove to.

We will definitely be returning This house when we visit Germany in the future.

Gladly again

This charming house with a beautiful garden has now been visited by us for the second time. Since we booked early enough, we were able to stay there again in May. The garden could even be used a few times ;-)
The landlords are extremely friendly and make sure that you feel comfortable in their home and that everything necessary is available.
From our side, there were no complaints, as the house offers everything you need. It was also important for us that all shopping facilities are available in the village of Wallmerod and even within walking distance of the holiday home. However, there is a slight deduction in points for the location because there is a church opposite the house, and during the holidays in May, it was sometimes a bit noisy.

Recreational vacation

Very nice landlords who rented us the house with garden. My family felt very comfortable in the house and garden. We drove to a different city almost every day from Wallmerod or explored the surrounding area. In the afternoon, you can have a quiet cup of coffee in the garden or bask in the sun. In the evening, we grilled and relaxed from the day. Also great was having breakfast in the garden house. No noise or similar disturbances, simply relaxing. We will definitely come back.
