The villa belongs to the pretty Nautic Resort San Carlo and offers complete privacy thanks to a secluded, idyllic private garden. You can easily park your car at the entrance to the resort, where two golf carts will be provided for you to comfortably drive to the villa. The villa is ideal for families and small groups.
In the resort it is possible to make use of the jacuzzi, washing machine and dryer, as well as the fitness room.
