High-quality semi-detached house in an excellent location directly in the dune belt of the beach, just 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Your home is located on a 230 square meter, natural plot of land right on the edge of the forest. Here, children can also go to the beach without fear in the traffic-calmed zone and get an ice cream on the way there. The beach house with its two halves is perfect for families of friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08006).
Trassenheide has a direct connection to the cycling and hiking network on the island of Usedom. The groyne-free sandy beach runs very shallowly into the sea, which is ideal for families with small children. Building castles, looking for amber and shells and splashing around in the shallow bank area will delight even the littlest ones.

There are numerous sights to visit on the way from Peenemuende to the city of Usedom. To take a break, stop off at one of the inviting restaurants or cafes.

The accommodation was unfortunately quite worn and not clean. Many areas appeared neglected and in urgent need of renovation. Overall, the condition of the accommodation did not meet expectations and the price. Therefore, I would not recommend it.

We were very satisfied. Super location and the facilities were also very good. The mattresses could be renewed, as they were quite worn out. The refrigerator door should be replaced, as it was difficult to close. The second refrigerator for cooling drinks was good. In the bathroom on the ground floor, a shower cabin/shower partition would be nice. With the shower curtain, half the bathroom gets wet after showering and you always have to wipe. All in all, we were satisfied.
