The house was ok - but with only electric heating and not insulated for cold periods, its difficult to keep it warm and cozy. Maybe an update on the equipment in the kitchen would be good too! But we had some good days here!

We traveled as a family: 2 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was sufficiently large with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped. However, there is no oven, only a stove with 4 burners. A toaster that is stated to be available is not there and is also no longer available upon inquiry, "after all, you get fresh rolls on-site every day" - statement from the reception. Microwave, kettle, and coffee machine were there. What really bothered us was that you could only get cold or hot water in the kitchen and bathroom, especially in the shower. The mixing valve for the water was terrible. So in summer, showering with cold water is definitely not a problem, but in spring or autumn, it's a no-go! The steep staircase is also mentioned in the description. It is really steep, not optimal for small children; even our 11-year-old fell down once. Furthermore, it was written in the description of the swimming pool, both inside and outside, that it is open for 5 days out of 7, where children are allowed to swim for 1 hour (10-11 am). ! ! ! 1 hour ! ! ! Is this a joke? The swimming pool was empty most of the time, simply unbelievable! Our children had to leave in tears even though the pool was empty. A cute animal enclosure with goats and pigs, as well as a riding stable on site. 3 nice playgrounds on the premises. A mini-golf course not maintained during the autumn, we still had fun. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. Since we were there in October, the dog was allowed everywhere on the beach. During the main season, you have to walk a bit to the dog beach. From the beach, a beautiful view of Warnemünde. Overall, you can vacation here, but since we know other places, we wouldn’t come back here!

It's a great facility and not far from the beach, so it's highly recommended, the houses are great, there's a lot on offer on the complex, including for the little ones, it's also very well located, you can reach many places very easily and quickly, a Checking out was not a problem, you get everything you need there, you just have to make sure that the sunshades that belong to the house are changed from time to time :) and the staff don't just burst into the house, otherwise a wonderfully relaxing one Vacation
