Mold of black mildew under the kitchen sink, cracks in the walls on the upper floor, rotten wood on the terrace railing, front door completely warped can only be closed with a lot of force, shower water does not maintain a constant temperature all in all we rent a holiday home every year but we have never encountered anything like this, not recommendable!

The accommodation is significantly worse than described at the time of booking. Basic amenities of a vacation apartment (e.g., dish towels) are inadequate or missing. The property is worn out and the furnishings (bathroom/kitchen) are used and old. Doors and windows can. Mosquito protection is not available. Electricity must be paid for separately at a high cost. Overall, not recommended.

A very nice holiday park facility, the cottages are super cute and have standard amenities. Some cobwebs in the house but otherwise clean. The house heats up a lot on hot days, which we didn't like so much, but no one can be blamed for that. The staff is very friendly and the food is basic. We would love to come back.

We arrived as a family of 2 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was sufficiently large with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped. However, there is no oven, only a stove with 4 burners. A toaster that is mentioned in the description is not there and is also no longer available upon request, "after all, you get fresh rolls on site every day" - statement from the reception. Microwave, kettle, and coffee maker were present. What bothered us a lot was that you could only make the water in the kitchen and bathroom, especially in the shower, either cold or hot. The mixing valve for the water was terrible. So in summer, showering with cold water is certainly not a problem, but in spring or autumn, it's a no-go! The steep staircase is also mentioned in the description. It is really steep, not optimal for small children; even our 11-year-old fell down once. Furthermore, it was written in the description of the swimming pool, both inside and outside, that it is open for 5 days out of 7, during which children are allowed to swim for 1 hour (10-11 am). !!! 1 hour !!! Is this a joke? The swimming pool was mostly empty, simply beyond words! Our children had to leave crying even though the pool was empty. A cute animal enclosure with goats and pigs, as well as a riding stable on site. 3 nice playgrounds on the premises. An unmaintained mini-golf course in autumn, we still had fun. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. Since we were there in October, the dog was allowed everywhere on the beach. During the main season, you have to walk a bit to the dog beach. From the beach, a beautiful view of Warnemünde. Overall, you can vacation here, but since we know other places, we wouldn't come back here!

It's a great facility and not far from the beach, so it's highly recommended, the houses are great, there's a lot on offer on the complex, including for the little ones, it's also very well located, you can reach many places very easily and quickly, a Checking out was not a problem, you get everything you need there, you just have to make sure that the sunshades that belong to the house are changed from time to time :) and the staff don't just burst into the house, otherwise a wonderfully relaxing one Vacation

Unfortunately, we absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation and are very disappointed. The holiday home is extremely in need of renovation and dilapidated at all corners and ends. Upon arrival, we had to find out that the toilet flush was defective. During the stay, the door handles almost fell into our hands, and on the chairs, one could hardly sit without wobbling, fearing they would collapse. However, the massive fly infestation was particularly unbearable: Since there are completely no fly screens on the windows and doors, the interior was swarming with what felt like a thousand flies, making it hardly possible to relax in the room. The price for this condition is absolutely unacceptable. We would definitely not book here again.

The house is, in my opinion, totally overpriced! About €1280 for a week, and then there are also tourist taxes (€88 for 3 people) and electricity on top! There was only 1 garbage bag and half a roll of toilet paper—that was it. No hand soap, no dishcloth, no cleaning supplies... The shower area is a disaster, and there were other deficiencies as well. Close to the beach was fine. A big thank you once again to the wonderful, friendly, and patient woman at the reception.

We traveled as a family: 2 adults, 3 children, and a dog. The house was sufficiently large with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped. However, there is no oven, only a stove with 4 burners. A toaster that is stated to be available is not there and is also no longer available upon inquiry, "after all, you get fresh rolls on-site every day" - statement from the reception. Microwave, kettle, and coffee machine were there. What really bothered us was that you could only get cold or hot water in the kitchen and bathroom, especially in the shower. The mixing valve for the water was terrible. So in summer, showering with cold water is definitely not a problem, but in spring or autumn, it's a no-go! The steep staircase is also mentioned in the description. It is really steep, not optimal for small children; even our 11-year-old fell down once. Furthermore, it was written in the description of the swimming pool, both inside and outside, that it is open for 5 days out of 7, where children are allowed to swim for 1 hour (10-11 am). ! ! ! 1 hour ! ! ! Is this a joke? The swimming pool was empty most of the time, simply unbelievable! Our children had to leave in tears even though the pool was empty. A cute animal enclosure with goats and pigs, as well as a riding stable on site. 3 nice playgrounds on the premises. A mini-golf course not maintained during the autumn, we still had fun. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. Since we were there in October, the dog was allowed everywhere on the beach. During the main season, you have to walk a bit to the dog beach. From the beach, a beautiful view of Warnemünde. Overall, you can vacation here, but since we know other places, we wouldn’t come back here!

It should be better conveyed in the ad that it is a campsite and NOT a holiday resort,

It's a great facility and not far from the beach, so it's highly recommended, the houses are great, there's a lot on offer on the complex, including for the little ones, it's also very well located, you can reach many places very easily and quickly, a Checking out was not a problem, you get everything you need there, you just have to make sure that the sunshades that belong to the house are changed from time to time :) and the staff don't just burst into the house, otherwise a wonderfully relaxing one Vacation
