Well-maintained terraced house with a large garden in a beautiful south-facing location. The lovely property is mostly fenced and features a terrace with garden furniture and a lawn for sunbathing. A large climbing frame with two swings, a climbing rope, and ladders, as well as a sandbox with various sand toys, entice younger guests into the garden. A selection of books is available for young and old bookworms. Thanks to a wide variety of puzzles and games for all ages, boredom is never an issue.

Activities nearby: The seaside resort of Neßmersiel, located within the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, offers numerous leisure activities for a varied holiday: shell collecting and swimming at the beach, swimming, hiking along the dikes, cycling, mudflat hiking to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney, and much more. Or try a combination of paddling and cycling: Rent a canoe in Neßmersiel, paddle along the small canals to the next town or further, exchange the canoe for a bicycle, and cycle back. For rainy days, the "Sturmfrei" indoor play center in Neßmersiel, with over 3,000 square meters of play area including a bowling alley, adventure cinema, soccer field, climbing structures, toddler area, and much more, is a great destination for young and old alike.

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday home in Nessmersiel! The house was beautifully maintained and offered plenty of space for our family. The large garden was a highlight, especially for our children, who loved the climbing frame and the sandbox. The location is perfect for exploring the Wadden Sea.

Very practical and comfortable house, it had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to cozy bedding, the location was also quite good for day trips to Norderney and Baltrum.

A perfect retreat for families! The climbing frame and sandpit in the garden kept the kids entertained for hours, Plus, the proximity to Neßmersiel made beach outings a breeze, Would definitely return!

Not only was the house spacious, but it was also well stocked with books and games, perfect for family evenings. The surroundings are calm, and we enjoyed our walks along the dikes. A wonderful experience overall!
