A very special place of peace and well-being: At the turning point at the end of a small street, the detached holiday home is located on a 300 m² plot where children can play to their heart's content. There is enough space to sunbathe or drink a coffee or tea outdoors. The ground floor of the house with the spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage room with cloakroom was completely renovated in 2019 and the two bedrooms on the upper floor of the house as well as the guest toilet at the beginning of 2023. The spa center, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are located in the Vicinity. It is only around one kilometer to the harbor, sandy beach and seawater swimming pool. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for long bike tours along the coast, for example towards Norddeich or to the Sielorten.

I knew that water and electricity had to be paid for at the end when I left. I had expected around €20. I had to pay €67.00. I find that very steep. The house has a solar system

In the house, there was a stale and musty smell. This smell couldn't be eliminated even with daily airing. We talked to the house supervisor about it. She agreed and said that she had been fighting against the problem (musty air) for a long time but hadn't found a solution yet. Furthermore, the house was only equipped with an electric heater. Since the house was not occupied in winter and spring, the expensive electric heater had to be turned on for several days to create a certain basic warmth in the house. Even after a week, the floor was still extremely cold. As a result, the heating costs added up to about 120 in 2 weeks. With water costs, we paid over 130.
