The holiday home in Stellenbosch - South Africa is located in a very quiet residential villa area amidst the famous golf courses and wine-growing regions of the Cape area, about 40 km from Cape Town. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, absolutely quiet and safe. From the front terrace you have a fantastic view of the Jonkershoek mountains, the terrace facing the garden offers a view of the solar-heated swimming pool. You will find all German media libraries available in SA on the Smart TV, as well as 25 German TV channels and 14 radio stations. There is a free fibre-optic WiFi internet connection available for unlimited use. The house is managed by a German property management company. You will find everything in our holiday home that belongs to a carefree vacation. All rooms offer plenty of space, giving you lots of freedom even when occupied by several people. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all located on the first floor and are quiet, without traffic noise. Modern means of communication such as fiber-optic internet connection and telephone allow you to stay in touch with home or the office even while on vacation. With Villa Agulhas Stellenbosch you have an ideal starting point for excursions in the Cape region. The metropolis of Cape Town at Table Mountain is only 40 minutes away by car. Nearby you will find beaches such as Camps Bay, Clifton, or False Bay. The Cape of Good Hope is ideal for a day trip, and the Waterfront at the harbor of Cape Town offers countless shopping opportunities. As the second oldest city in South Africa, Stellenbosch has a very special charm. It is the Cape Dutch houses in the countless avenues of this small town that hold a very special atmosphere. Shops, restaurants, and street cafés line up next to each other. The mountain panorama around Stellenbosch is unique. The Jonkershoek Valley was only recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here you have the opportunity for shorter or longer hikes. But sports such as golf or tennis are also offered here. The drive to the sea – whether the Indian or Atlantic Ocean – can easily be done from Stellenbosch in half an hour. Not to forget are the many wineries that have made Stellenbosch the number one wine-growing community in the Cape region.
