The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, absolutely quiet and safe. You have a fantastic view of the Jonkershoek Mountains from the front terrace, the terrace facing the garden gives a view of the solar-heated swimming pool. You will find German TV programmes and radio stations. There is a free WiFi internet connection at DSL speed for your tablet or notebook. The house is managed by a German property management company. You will find everything you need for a carefree holiday in our holiday home. All rooms are spacious and offer plenty of freedom, even when occupied by more than one person. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the 1st floor and are quietly located without traffic noise. Modern means of communication such as internet connection for your own notebook and telephone allow you to correspond with your home or office even while on holiday.
Villa Agulhas Stellenbosch is an ideal starting point for excursions in the Cape region. The metropolis of Cape Town on Table Mountain is only a 40-minute drive away. Nearby you will find beaches such as Camps Bay, Clifton or Falsebay. The Cape of Good Hope is ideal for a day trip and the Waterfront at the harbour of Cape Town offers countless shopping opportunities. As the second oldest town in South Africa, Stellenbosch has a very special charm. It is the Cape Dutch houses in the countless avenues of this small town that harbour a very special atomosphere. Shops, restaurants and street cafes line the streets. The mountain panorama around Stellenbosch is unique. The Jonkershoek Valley was recently declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. Here you have the opportunity for shorter or longer hikes. But also sports like golf or tennis are offered here. Even the trip to the sea - be it the Indian or Atlantic Ocean - is easily done from Stellenbosch in half an hour. Not to forget the many wine estates that have made Stellenbosch the No. 1 wine-growing community in the Cape region.
