The apartment is located in a residential complex directly on the well-known golf course Calanoca. From here you have a wonderful view of the golf course and down the valley to the sea. The residential complex is embedded in tropical gardens and is very well maintained. It has two communal outdoor pools and plenty of space to relax and unwind. A large private terrace with a barbecue corner invites you to a delicious barbecue evening after a sunny day.

The Andalusian municipality of Mijas stretches for kilometers across the Costa del Sol into the mountainous hinterland of the Sierra de Mijas and is an extremely popular holiday region with almost 3000 hours of sunshine per year. For example, how about a wonderful walk along the sea, across the recently built wooden walkway from La Cala de Mijas to Calahonda?
