Modern holiday accommodation with premium comfort and fantastic sea views in a wonderfully quiet location above Cannes. The high-quality furnished flat is located on the first floor of a three-storey residential building with lift, which is part of a small residential area with a supervised communal pool area and children's pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The cosy terrace with lounge seating area offers a magnificent panoramic view of the famous seaside resort.

Very close to Cannes, Mandelieu is set in a graceful hilly landscape. The long sandy beaches, the palm-lined promenade La Croisette and the beautiful panoramic view of the harbour from the castle promise unforgettable holidays. Antibes-Juan-les-Pins (between Cannes and Nice) is also one of the most famous holiday destinations on the Côte d'Azur and offers a 25 km long sandy or pebble beach, but also hidden bays, 5 marinas, a rich cultural offer and romantic atmosphere in the old town. You should also plan a trip to the magnificent hinterland with its often snow-capped mountains and typical villages.

Compact apartment with the presence of all necessary and practical matters. Located on the side of a mountain with a view of Cannes. You do need the car for everything to go to a shop or town, for example.
