Just a stone's throw from the beach, this charming vacation home is located in the former fishing village of Port-Blanc, part of the commune of Penvénan. The popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec is just a short drive away, with its beaches, harbor, restaurants, shops, and thalassotherapy center. Port-Blanc also offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: shops, restaurants, sandy beaches, and a water sports center offering catamaran sailing, kitesurfing, diving, and more. Not to be missed: the small chapel clinging to the granite rocks by the sea. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking and cycling, with 11 km of coastline, coves, islets, and stunning views. At low tide, the beach becomes a real playground for shore fishermen. Paimpol, Lannion, Tréguier, and the island of Bréhat are all must-see excursions.

The house is very close to he beach, the garden is nice , the house has all le necessary equipment for kitchen and laundry which makes it feel very homely.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw maar tot daar de positieve zaken. Geen luxe verwacht voor die prijs maar op z'n minst een proper verblijf en dat was het verre van! Dus een tip: ga er niet heen!

in a word,,, fantastic. Very well-kept accommodation with great facilities, a fully-fledged kitchenette with an oven and a large fridge, a very nice bathroom

This little house is in a very good location for Les Dunes beach and is very well equipped particularly in terms of its kitchen equipment. The overall condition of the house was reflected in the low price for an out of season holiday. Let's just say the property is rather lived-in. The welcome we received from madame next door was excellent, very warm and friendly. The garden is large, a little unkempt but offers a covered outdoor table and chairs and barbecue. Inside our major concerns were the steepness of the stairs and the lack of smoke alarms. There were smoke alarm bases screwed to three ceilings but the alarms had been removed. General cleanliness was poor with dust on most surfaces, cobwebs on the staircase and thick mould in the bathroom around the shower.
