A lovely holiday home surrounded by a vast 1,200 m² garden, located just 1 km from the fine sandy beaches of Port Blanc. This peaceful setting offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, and from the top floor, you can even enjoy a glimpse of the sea.

From the northern tip of the Côtes d'Armor, many tourist attractions are easily accessible: the famous Pink Granite Coast, the popular seaside resort of Perros-Guirec, the historic Beauport Abbey, and the spectacular Cap Fréhel. Port-Blanc, a charming seaside resort in the commune of Penvenan, charms visitors with its beaches, nautical center, shops, and restaurants. The 11 km-long Penvenan coastline offers hikers and cyclists magnificent panoramas between cliffs, secret coves, and white sand beaches. At low tide, the beach becomes a paradise for shellfish gathering.

Stay at the top in this beautiful typically Breton house. The comfort of this house, the location to visit the curiosities of the surroundings, the garden and its little resting spots, everything was perfect, not to mention the kindness of the owners. A beautiful address that I will cherish…

Beautiful house in a beautiful place. The house is fully equipped. Sanitary facilities and kitchen are dated, but the equipment in the kitchen is fairly new. The showers are very small but hot. The garden is nice to sit in, but we missed a few nice garden chairs.

Everything was there in the house, but we were disappointed with both bathrooms... in both bathrooms the shower head could not hang, so you had to hold it. The downstairs bathroom only had a bath with a separate shower head... there was no curtain, so everything got wet.

Beautiful house in a very nice quiet place. The house is equipped with (almost) all comforts. The landlord guided us very nicely through our house. You can really relax here. Shops and a few restaurants are within cycling distance.
