The "Juist" holiday flat in the North Sea spa Norddeich offers you the highest level of living comfort and a place for relaxing and restful days on the East Frisian North Sea coast. The flat is centrally located in a quiet side street, only approx. 200 m from the sea and is furnished in a high quality and modern style.
The light-flooded holiday flat has been newly furnished with great attention to detail - so that you feel at home.
With approx. 70 m², the "Juist" holiday flat is an ideal flat for a family and offers space for 2-5 people. In addition to the living/dining area and the bathroom, it has 2 separate bedrooms. An exclusive round balcony facing south with a view of the lake invites you to linger and dream. It has high-quality furnishings and is decorated with great attention to detail. The bathroom has an exclusive round glass shower with extra-low entry, towel radiator and additional underfloor heating. The new high-quality fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher and microwave. All floors except the attic are tiled. In the attic there is laminate flooring. The flat is therefore allergy-friendly. When selecting the materials, we placed special emphasis on naturalness and harmony.

Since 2008 we rent our new terrace house with the holiday "Norderney" and Juist. "This house is only 200 meters from the sea in a quiet side street., The baker, the beach, all shopping, the spa facilities, the train station and the port are within a few minutes walking distance.

This holiday apartment leaves nothing to be desired.
We stayed here for 6 nights and the holiday apartment is really optimal. You are very quickly at the train station and also at the sea.
The holiday apartment is superbly equipped, even with things you wouldn't normally expect (e.g., a table grill).
There are also many loving details like (sand) toys and a beach trolley.
The communication and handover were also excellent.
We would love to come back.
