Description

Our house is part of the bungalow park "De Tong" in Bruinisse on the Grevelingen Sea. We have renovated and completely refurnished the house since autumn 2019. Now only the pictures on the wall are missing, so we will rent our house from Easter 2020.
On the ground floor there is a semi-open kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and a Senseo Switch (pads or filter coffee)
Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining area, which offers enough space for six people. A highchair is available for the little guests
The cosy living room invites you to relax and unwind
On the ground floor there is also a bright and friendly shower room and a third bedroom, also with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Due to the small size of this third bedroom, we explicitly do not rent this room as such
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with loft bed (90 x 200 cm each) and second TV. A travel cot for the little ones can also be provided on request.
There is also a small guest WC on the upper floor (renovated 2014).
The living area offers a beautiful view of the terrace and garden through the generous glazing. A new Weber charcoal grill is at your disposal in the garden house. Directly adjacent to our garden is a small playground with a large sandbox, swing and slide
A fast WLAN connection is available to our guests free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

De Tong itself is car-free, you can only drive to the house for loading and unloading. Three large parking spaces including some electric charging stations are available
The dune beach, completed in 2011, with a view of the marina and the Grevelingen Sea, can be reached on foot in only 5-10 minutes. The large marina with sailing school, playground, water playground, restaurant and supermarket (seasonal opening hours) is directly opposite.
The various facilities of the neighbouring Aquadelta Park (Roompot) such as supermarket, bicycle rental, indoor swimming pool or laundry can also be used (partly for a fee)
The various North Sea beaches can be reached after a 20-30 minute drive. But a trip to the city is also worthwhile; the historic Zierikzee is only a 10-minute drive away and even modern, vibrant Rotterdam is only 55 km away.

additional information about rental price:

The mentioned prices do not include the tourist tax of 1,40€ per person/night. These are passed on to the community by us, as required by law. At the reception you will also have to pay the costs of the 45€, a fee of 12€ for the administration and key management as well as a fee for the possibly needed parking card (depending on the number of nights. 1 car costs 6,00€ in the first week).

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

additional information:

We do not rent to youth groups. It is a non-smoking object - please smoke only outside.

In the high season we only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday (on request also from Friday to Friday). Outside of this time smaller periods are also possible (minimum stay 3 nights).

We were very satisfied with the house all around.
Everything was perfect. We had a very nice holiday.
The only downside was the "dirty" kitchen.

Beautiful holiday house

We have spent a few beautiful days here. The house is well equipped and very clean. The contact with the landlady in advance is really great. The surroundings are very beautiful; the location is such that you can reach many worth seeing places by car in a short time. We can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Very beautiful house and very beautiful facility

We felt very comfortable in de Tong 169. The house is very nice and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent. The sea is just a stone's throw away, as well as good infrastructure and gastronomy. We would come back anytime.

Pure relaxation

For three years now we have been vacationing in this resort. We stayed in the Mansion family house for the first time and it is one of the few houses that is so individually and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable and lacked nothing.
The resort itself is very quiet, with many walking paths in the countryside and above all a car-free zone. Very relaxing and refreshing.
We can highly recommend the house and will definitely be back ;)

Relaxing weekend getaway

If you are looking for relaxation and deceleration, you have come to the right place. The very well-equipped holiday home is very quietly located in a settlement of holiday homes. The terrace is very spacious, I enjoyed my morning espresso there to the fullest. In Bruinisse itself there is everything you need: shopping, restaurants and also nice cafés. Everything is accessible by bicycle, which is also available to guests. Further excursions, e.g. to the beach of the Brouwersdam, can be reached by car in a good 20 minutes and offers many leisure activities depending on your mood. The nearby Zierikzee is highly recommended for a day trip. I used the weekend to relax, which worked out great. Communication was also great and tips and recommendations were also given. Thumbs up!

Relaxing short holiday

The four of us decided to spend a really nice and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is clean and lovingly furnished, so you feel at home right away
We explored a few beautiful places by car and you can also get to the sea quickly on foot

Schönes Ferienhaus

Very comfortably furnished holiday home. The location is great with children, playground for little ones directly adjacent to the garden. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Cleanliness is top-notch, all in all, a need for repetition on a new arrival in Holland. Also, a very nice exchange with the landlady beforehand. Wishing you all the best and above all, good health.

Nice holiday in Holland

We had a really nice holiday at De Tong 169.
The accommodation was top equipped and nothing was missing.
The surroundings are also highly recommendable. You can experience a lot directly in the area and reach the beach in a few minutes.
The larger beaches can also be reached by car within half an hour. Both the accommodation and the immediate surroundings are highly recommended, especially for families with children. We will gladly come back :)
