Only the “closure of a country’s borders” to foreigners, or the lockdown of the holiday location (“commune of Le Lavandou”) or the client’s place of residence, or a travel ban within the territory, will allow for a full refund of the deposit, excluding banking and ancillary fees. In all other cases, the following cancellation fees will apply: **B)** If the restrictions only concern the closure of certain establishments in the evening (bars, restaurants, etc.) or are due to a personal decision, the following conditions will apply. **C)** The client must formally justify, with written proof or certificates, a case of force majeure. In this particular case, a credit note corresponding to the deposit paid, valid for one year, may be offered to the tenant by the owner. **D)** Or, the client is unable to travel to the location upon presentation of original documents proving that the client is physically unable to travel to the holiday location. The refunds applicable in cases B, C, or D of the contract are as follows: - 90 days before arrival: 80% of the amounts paid will be refunded, with a minimum fee of €120 retained by the owner as compensation. - 45 days before arrival: 50% of the amounts paid will be refunded, with a minimum fee of €150 retained by the owner as compensation. - 30 days before arrival: no refund of the amounts paid, except by special agreement with the owner.

Great apartment, would love to come back!!
We have already been to this very beautiful vacation apartment twice. There is enough space for a family of four, the city and the beautiful beach are all within a few minutes' walk. There is parking on the street directly in front of the house. Wonderful sea view from the bedrooms and from the spacious terrace. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary things. The terrace is equipped with sufficient seating, a sun umbrella, and a grilling area, inviting you to linger. The landlord is very friendly, always reachable, and very flexible regarding the times for arrival and departure. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
