Description
Comfortably and modernly furnished house with large pool, spacious garden and garage as well as further parking spaces on the closed property.
All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The house has gas central heating in all rooms.
The new kitchen is modern equipped with a large gas stove, American fridge and microwave.
Unseen roof terrace above the garage with views over the garden and the adjacent nature reserve.
In the separate laundry room washing machine and dryer are available.
Both bathrooms are equipped with showers. One bathroom is designed as an en-suite for the master bedroom.

Excellent holiday home

SUPER LOCATION: great location
Great, beautiful house and highly recommended with DOG.
Interior equipment is of high quality and above all, very clean!
Nice location on the mountain and with the dog you have plenty of exercise opportunities.
Centrally located to explore the surrounding area.
And with the motorway connection, you can quickly reach Alicante / Valencia & Co.

Very chill, great location, very well maintained - we will come back!
We had a very nice holiday. The villa is very private, quiet, and well-maintained. We particularly liked that everything you need is within walking distance: bakery, small supermarket, restaurants, and the wonderful coves along the nearby coast. You can drive to the large sandy beach and the town center of Jávea. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you can enjoy a wonderful time by the pool. Outside on the garage wall, as a basketball player, you can even train your shooting technique or just play a bit. :-)

Quiet, clean, spacious, well maintained
Four of us stayed at Villa Bienestar over Easter and enjoyed our stay very much.
The location is very quiet near the coast and doesn't feel like a tourist area, but is surrounded by naturally built family homes. Every now and then you can hear the seagulls from the coast. Ambolo Bay is nearby and it is also not far to the Granadella.
Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are still within walking distance.
We had an excellent night out in Jávea at Arenal beach.
The house was clean and well maintained, the property is spacious and green. At the pool or on the roof terrace we could enjoy our holiday undisturbed and protected from view.
We will come again! :-)
