Top location in the west of the city** directly on the Spreader with a view of the nature reserve (unrestricted view over the water of Florida’s nature and birdlife)** fantastic view of the water** west-facing with incredible sunsets** gulf access, approx. 30 minutes** located on a very wide canal** three bedrooms** two bathrooms** 3 flatscreen TVs** high-speed internet** WiFi** boat dock** additional terrace at the dock** solar-heated pool** fully equipped**

On the dock there is also an electrically operated whirlpool for 2 people with 3 different jet and bubble programs and individually adjustable water temperature (between 80 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit). As always with whirlpools, we cannot guarantee their functionality (please contact us if you have any questions about this). Likewise, we do not assume any warranty that a spa will be replaced should it become damaged or stop working. The dock itself includes a mooring option for the boat (lift not usable), tiki hut, water connection, and a small table for cleaning the caught fish. With the (sailing) boat, you are very quickly in the Gulf of Mexico, approx. 30 minutes including the lock, and has no bridges to pass under.

Although located a little further to the west of Cape Coral, you can reach most destinations very quickly by car. In about 15 minutes you can be in the Yacht Club area or on the Cape Coral Bridge in the direction of Sanibel, Naples, etc. Two golf courses are in the immediate vicinity. For example, in about 10 minutes by car you can be at the popular Royal Tee Course (3 times 9 holes, open to the public).

We do NOT require a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust... and avoiding trouble for the guests after the vacation).

ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So, you only deal with us and not with the sometimes "capricious" owner or any property management that cannot make decisions.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

we were 4 persons in the beautiful villa and felt very comfortable in the comfortable house. The rooms are well equipped, the kitchen is nice and spacious, the view from the large terrace, on the pool, and the waterways offers beautiful moments at any time of the day, we extensively used the pool, sun loungers, and various seating groups for breakfast and dinner. It is also nice to watch the boats that pass by from time to time and greet friendly.

recommend for: adventure and experience, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

Vicinity of the holiday home: wunderschöner Wasserblick auf den Kanal, gegenüber Mangroven und viele Wasservögel zu beobachten, romantische Sonnenuntergänge direkt von der Terasse aus zu bewundern.

free time activities: mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar Strand Cape Coral, schöner aber der Strand Fort Meyers, in Fort Meyers das sehenswerte Edison Museum und der dazu gehörige wunderschöne Botanische Garten, mit dem Auto in ca 1,5 Std. zu den Everglates, ca. 3 Std bis Miami. Super eine Bootsfahrt mit eigens gemietetem Boot zu den vorgelagerten Inseln, unterwegs begleiten Delphine und Pinguine das Boot.

shopping facilities: riesigeer Publix Supermarkt der alle Wünsche erfüllt ca 5 Autominuten entfernt, riesiges Qutlet Dorf Fort Mayers Richtg. Naples an der Autobahn gelegen.
