The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2019, renovated in 2019 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. The number of deck chairs is limited and reservations are not possible.

Novi Vinodolski, district Prisika, 33 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport and on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 9 m, depth 1,35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September. The openness of the pool depends on the weather.

Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen (6 sqm) with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, microwave, coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (6 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
