The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2019, renovated in 2019 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and court.

Novi Vinodolski, district Prisika, 33 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm, closed plot, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Property with 5 apartments and pool The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 4 cars) in the carport.

Kitchen in the living room (6 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (6 seats), access to the balcony, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Hallway (4 sqm). Bathroom (6 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the landlady as well as the cleanliness and the great condition of the house (almost new) are particularly noteworthy.
The pool was great and the apartment has everything we needed. We felt completely at ease and would be happy to come back anytime.
