Excellent!
A wonderful domicile in breathtaking idyll and tranquillity. The high-quality and allergy-friendly furnishings of the house leave nothing to be desired. Those who like to cook on site will find everything that makes the heart of a hobby cook beat faster. The room layout is well thought-out, 2 large bathrooms do not cause any stress even with several guests. The spacious garden with wonderful views in different directions - all the way to the sea - is a feast for the eyes, the flora and fauna in the nature reserve are unique. We were thrilled and will gladly come again - perfect!

Very beautiful holiday
We returned to this holiday home 2 years ago because of a great holiday and it was the right choice.
In spring, the surroundings are beautifully green, which just invites you to relax.
The house is just beautifully maintained and equipped - just as we remembered it.
I think that this will not have been the last holiday here.

Beautiful, quiet holiday home in a dreamlike location
We (my partner and I) visited the Marche for the first time and were very enthusiastic about the accommodation. The location of the holiday house and flat is simply fantastic, situated on a hill in a nature reserve, with a large garden, very quiet and with a wonderful view of the surroundings.
We rented the flat, which is excellently equipped. Above all, we would like to mention the kitchen equipment, which really lacked nothing. Information, which is available in the flat, with tips on shopping possibilities, restaurants, activities etc. in the region round off the facilities. Since the landlord couple was also present during our stay, we also received further tips 'first hand'. The chilled welcome champagne on the day of arrival was also a nice gesture, many thanks to the landlords!
All in all, an all-round successful Easter holiday, with gastronomic highlights and interesting sights!
Conclusion: We can only warmly recommend this accommodation!

Very beautiful domicile
We have now been guests at this wonderful holiday home for the second time and can highly recommend it with a clear conscience. The location is very idyllic, quiet, and peaceful! Both the apartment and the house are very tastefully decorated. Both kitchen facilities are particularly noteworthy.
The landlord couple takes care of everything extremely courteously in advance, so that you can arrive well informed.
For people who are looking for peace, nature, and relaxation, this is just the right place!

For our first vacation in the Marche region, we chose this detached holiday home. Not only the very beautiful location, but also the good layout and equipment of the house convinced us. In particular, the perfectly stocked kitchen impressed us very much.
All information, including the directions, were very precise and so we could enjoy the delicious gift-wine (thank you very much to the landlords) on our lovely terrace on the first evening.

Holiday home to find peace.
Very nicely located holiday home with a beautiful garden and a magnificent view. Breakfast view of Arcevia. The residents in this area are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The furnishings of the holiday home are very good, although the owner complained that we did not put the plates and cups back in the exact same position as the paper stickers show on the cabinets upon departure. Very picky, but that's what the paid final cleaning is for after all!
As the family from Kiel already mentioned, the journey from Prosano up to the holiday home takes some getting used to!!! Since the majority is a dirt road, the narrow lane is partly washed away, so that you bottom out at some places (I don't have a lowered car). In addition, there are some potholes that are not insignificant! The last stretch to the holiday home on the property can only be taken with a lot of momentum. No problem with an SUV.
However, it is only fair to mention that the country roads in the entire region of Marche are partially very bad, so that you can only drive 30 km/h on many stretches.
So, if you don't have to constantly annoyingly drive up and down from the holiday home by car, it is a true oasis of relaxation in the holiday home!

Wenn die Vorabversendung zu Adressen für Fischrestaurants, die Hinweise auf Theaterkarten und detaillierte Beschreibungen zusammen mit einem umfangreichen und aktuellen Tippsammler schlechter Service sind, dann trifft dies auf uns zu. Wein und Wasser zur Begrüßung sowie der von den Gästen genossene Brandy sind damit ein unwillkommenes Geschenk.
In den Kosten der bezahlten Endreinigung ist ein verdreckter Herd und Backofen, ein gefüllter, zu entsorgender Kühlschrank, sowie eine komplett verstellte Küchenaustattung nicht enthalten. Um den nachfolgenden Gästen einen guten Service zu bieten, sind diese zusätzlichen Kosten von uns übernommen worden.
Wir sind verantwortlich für Haus und Garten, nicht für den Stau auf den Autobahnen und dadurch ermüdete ältere Autofahrer. Alle unsere Nachbarn und wir erreichen das Haus ohne Geländewagen, Im Naturpark dürfen Straßen nicht geteert sein, sondern sind geschottert (kein Sandweg). Dies Angaben hat der Gast vor der Buchung erhalten. Es fehlt noch der Hinweis, wie der italienische Staat für einen besseren Zustand der Straßen sorgt. Andere Länder andere Sitten.

Dreamlike oasis of tranquility in the Marche region
After a 5-day round hike with 2 pack donkeys in the Abruzzo region, my husband and I recovered wonderfully in this wonderfully located house on the oak hill. Everything awaited us perfectly as described on the very detailed website. Thanks to detailed directions, the arrival went smoothly and we felt very welcome. Welcome wine and water were ready and we felt right at "home". The spacious property is beautiful, the house is lovingly and thoughtfully restored, very individual and tastefully furnished, and as enthusiastic hobby cooks we found a perfectly equipped kitchen. You can tell that the owners are very passionate about this house and spend their vacations here themselves. Thanks to the many helpful tips and recommendations that we received by phone and in writing in advance, we were able to quickly orient ourselves on site. Due to our short stay, we were only able to try out a few of the extensive collection of tips and recommendations available in the house; however, we did enjoy testing some of the recommended restaurants in the area; we also happily stopped by the bar run by Cesare and his wife nearby for a drink and relieved the associated Alimentari of a few little delicacies and specialties. All in all, all we can say is: If a vacation leads us back to the Marche region, we will gladly return to Poggio delle Querce!

Very nice well-equipped holiday home for the family.
We were five people for (unfortunately only) one week in the beautiful house. The technical equipment leaves nothing to be desired, everything is described in detail and works. The access takes some getting used to, but is also very precisely described. The large garden is particularly beautiful. A car (not too low) is necessary! Varied and beautiful surroundings, about 40 minutes to the Adriatic Sea.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub
Wir (meine Freundin und ich) haben einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Und endlich hat mal ein Ferienhaus auch echt das gezeigt, was auf der Homepage versprochen wurde:
- Wunderschöne Landschaft mit tollem Ausblick
- Ein sehr großer Garten
- Sehr gepflegte, hochwertige und gut ausgesuchte Inneneinrichtung
- Besonders loben möchte ich die Küche - die ist wohl vollständiger eingerichtet als meine eigene!!!
Das Seele baumeln lassen, einfach abschalten (oder ein paar Gänge zurückschalten) und die italienische Leichtigkeit aber auch Genussfreude genießen - das und noch vieles mehr kann man in diesem Ferienhaus machen.
Wir waren einfach begeistert und werden gerne nächsten Sommer wieder hier verbringen!
