This beautiful holiday home combines modern with old-fashioned style in a way that will surely delight you. It is situated in a quiet area of the town Fažana, only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Ideal for up to 6 guests. The 90 m2 open house consists of an air-conditioned living room with attached kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you can easily prepare meals together. Furthermore two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine and WC. WIFI is available to guests as well as a private parking space. The place where you would like to spend your time together is certainly the beautiful, lush garden with a large covered wooden terrace and barbecue. The 1000 m2 exterior with its facilities is ideal for pleasure and fun.

The summer cottage is situated in a quiet area, outside the centre and only km from the beach. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Fažana is a small fishing village near the historically largest town of the Istrian peninsula, Pula, with beautiful long promenades by the sea, which offer a magnificent view of the entire coast of the Brijuni National Park. They are close to all the amenities of the destination, the historic center, restaurants, events. An unforgettable holiday can begin!

Super house in a great location
Spent two wonderful weeks in a great house, a mix of old and new, super comfortable beds and a large living/dining area, also practical to have an additional guest toilet when used with several people. The kitchen is equipped with everything, also nice to have a large refrigerator. The highlight is of course the 1000 m2 garden. Here, in addition to several olive trees, there are also many blooming plants and flower beds. Here you can see how much love the owners have put into the garden. You can always find sunny as well as shady spots. The large covered area with a cozy bench for eating is also great. The owners live behind the holiday home, privacy is fully given. They are indescribably nice and friendly, we got along wonderfully from the very beginning. As a retired cook, we got to know his qualities. The town center of Fazana can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Fazana is also very central, Pula, Porec, or Rovinj can be quickly reached by car. In the immediate vicinity, you can find great beaches, whether on foot or by car. I can only recommend this house with its warm owners, thank you again, Riegel family, for 2 wonderful weeks, we will come back.
