Description

Villa Matia is a romantic, beautiful and fully equipped villa in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, just 25 minutes drive from the nearest beach. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool with 40m².
Around the pool are sun beds, umbrellas, plenty of space for children, barbecues, and a large outdoor dining table.
Kids playground with swing, slide and badminton. 1800 m² plot is also at your disposal.
The house consists of a living room and three bedrooms, with two private bathrooms, the kitchen and the space for dinning.
Terrace with barbecue and table for 8 people.
Heating and electrical heating are provided.

Family vacation

We had a great time at Sasa's house. We were there with 2 children. The space in the house and on the property is really sufficient, and the location is good for starting various activities. Sasa took care of everything directly when we needed something. The children loved the pool, and the adults had fun too. The hosts are really dedicated and take care of all matters promptly, which is not always the standard. Thank you very much for the lovely vacation.

Fantastic vacation

We had a very nice time in this lovely villa!
Plenty of space for the kids both indoors and outdoors!
Fenced, private and beautiful garden.
Nice pool and pool area, super dining place outdoors with a huge grill!
The house was nice and clean and spaceous enough for our entire family, and the same goes for the pool.
The owner Sasa was very welcoming, and helped us out with any questions we had! With car you can explore the coast and nice villages around Istria.
Thank you Sasa for letting us stay in your very nice home and for your grate hospitality!
We can for sure recommend staying at this beautiful house.
We will definitely come back someday :)
