Cosy holiday home with approx. 400 sqm fenced land in the complex 't Zijper Eiland, Oudesluis, Sportlaan 34
Our house offers on the ground floor a double bedroom, hall, small storage room with washing machine, shoe rack, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack, gas heating. Kitchen with 4 flame gas stove, electric Oven. Coffee machine + Senseo, kettle, toaster, microwave, egg boiler, as well as sufficient dishes for the dishwasher.
Dining area opens into the living room with seating area, television, open fireplace. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. An open staircase leads from the living area to the upper floor with an open gallery room with a second TV, double bedroom and separate toilet
Garden with terrace slightly covered and with porch and awning. Garden chairs, table. Small garden pond and cosy garden corners.
a small garden house with 2 bicycles is available for our guests. Grill.

The holiday complex consists of 125 houses with a small boat harbour and a swimming pool at the free disposal of our holiday guests. Children's playground with new equipment.
For anglers there is the possibility to acquire a fishing license.
Various sections of the beach can be reached at a distance of about 10 km. The towns of Schagen, Den Helder or Alkmar invite you to stroll and shop.
