Description

private villa in a beautiful residential area, only about 500 meters from the sea, on an 800 sqm private plot, adjacent to a green area. The house has a total area of 200 sqm. For the winter months, there is central heating (gas). A beautiful covered, partly glazed terrace surrounds the house on two sides. Large private pool (4.5 x 9 meters) with Roman steps and outdoor shower (hot/cold). Separate barbecue house on the pool terrace. The house has, on the ground floor, a living room with satellite TV, DVD player, internet connection, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed (but single mattresses), and a bathroom/WC.
Upstairs there are two more double bedrooms, one with a double bed (but single mattresses), the other with 2 single beds, each room with its own balcony, a bathroom/WC. In one of the bedrooms there is a satellite TV available. Additionally, the house has a washing machine and a dryer. You can park your car on the completely enclosed property. Shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Dear landlord, we would like to thank you very much for allowing us to spend a holiday in your very well-equipped house. The house is a real "gem," very well maintained and well thought out. The location is wonderful because you don't need a car to go shopping, eat out, or go to the beach. It's also nice to have a friendly "housekeeper" on-site whom you can always turn to if you need anything or if something breaks. She gave us some really worthwhile excursion tips into the hinterland. We will definitely come back...

The Beranis house is great.... House, pool, garden all excellent...

Our summer vacation in Denia this year is now behind us. I would like to thank you once again for the usual, smooth handling and support, especially in these difficult times. The Beranis house is great. . . House, pool, garden, everything is wonderful. . . Compliments to the owners! Also worth mentioning is the responsible employee Mandy. . . we had a small problem with a broken tile on the pool steps - Good old Mandy doesn't waste any time. There is no 'big problem'! The next morning she was there and prepared the stairs so that nothing would happen anymore. Great job! BIG PRAISE!!!

Overall, another great holiday... and I hope we were as good tenants as the hosts expected.

Good holiday home

We felt very comfortable in this holiday home the location of the holiday home is very quiet the house is in a good condition it was clean and the outdoor area is also very well maintained what you can also mention is the kitchen which is top equipped what has not liked so much was the kettle which would have to be decalcified from time to time what we have also found good was the refrigerator which is in the outdoor kitchen and the large shower which was there furthermore if you drive into the settlement in front directly on the corner is the German corner where you can find a German bakery what we also liked was the fridge in the outside kitchen and the big shower which was there. Furthermore if you drive into the settlement there is the German corner at the corner where you find a German bakery and Carlos specialities
