Description

In the middle of an olive grove and surrounded by vineyards lies this small holiday paradise in a fantastic panoramic location and with a view of San Gimignano with its famous and unmistakable family towers.

The holiday home POGGIO AGLI ULIVI is a small, charming holiday home and part of a winery of a Swiss family.

Guests have a private pool at their disposal for their sole use. The garden and plot around the house are separated from the adjoining vineyard and are reserved exclusively for the guests of the holiday home. It's an oasis to relax in!

The house is ideal for a couple or a small family with 1 or 2 children.
Sunshades and sunbeds are available at the pool.
In the garden there are cosy seats.

Accommodation: The house is about 70 m² large and has a living room with double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, fireplace, dining area and terrace exit. The open kitchen is equipped with everything (4 flames, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle).
Bedroom with french bed Bed ( m wide) and shower/WC (also accessible from living room).

The house is well and comfortably furnished in the Tuscan country house style.
Cottoboden. Wooden beam ceilings. TV. Stereo

A cot is available and children under 4 years stay free of charge.

Parking on the fenced property.

The winery cultivates and produces excellent wines, olive oil and grappa, which guests are welcome to taste and purchase.

Poggio Agli Ulivi is situated about 2 km west of San Gimignano, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The entrance to the house is on a paved road.
In the village you will find many good restaurants, cafes and bars.
Also in the surroundings there are excellent possibilities to enjoy typical and culinary delicacies.
Shopping possibilities for the daily need (Alimentari/Supermarket/Drogerie etc.) are available in direct proximity.

In the surroundings excellent wines are cultivated and produced, which can be tasted and purchased.

A great holiday in San Gimignano

We already stayed in your holiday home a month ago
We really enjoyed the place, the surroundings and your hospitality.
The boys had a fantastic time, also in the pool.
