Enjoy pure relaxation in your holiday flat on our Spreewaldhof! Our idyllic property is located in the middle of the Spreewald, surrounded by primeval alders, directly on one of the widely branching side arms of the Spree, a so-called "Fließ".
Historical farm buildings, old trees, spacious meadows and well-tended flower beds await you on an area of around 1,700 m². Our spacious property offers plenty of room for active recreation or to simply sit back and relax.
About 300 natural watercourses, extensive meadows, fields and still well-preserved farmsteads determine the appearance of the scattered settlement of Burg. For over 100 years, Burg in the Spreewald has been the chosen destination for all those who want to explore and experience Europe's unique natural paradise.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by providing a written declaration to the landlord. The decisive factor is the date when the withdrawal declaration is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and for the lost profit in the following amounts: 50% of the total amount if the withdrawal is made up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period, and 80% of the total amount for later withdrawal or in case of non-compliance/non-appearance. The tenant has the right to demonstrate that the landlord incurred no damage or significantly less damage. The tenant may not appoint a substitute tenant when withdrawing from the contract.

The municipality of Burg (Spreewald) is a "state-recognised place with spa operations". The health resort fee is calculated according to the days of stay, but for a maximum of 28 calendar days per year. The health resort fee per day (arrival and departure day together count as a whole day) for each person over 18 years of age: 2.00 euros per overnight stay, children / young people: up to the age of 18 free and will be collected on site.
