The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. Zambratija, district of Zambratija. The holiday flat is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 2 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Bathroom (3 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
