Description

The apartment has a breathtaking panoramic view over the whole bay of Medulin. A parking lot is directly at the house. The house is situated in a quiet area and yet you are in the centre of the village within a few minutes. You have a bedroom here with a view over the roofs of Medulin. A large bathroom is also included. In the large living room there is a large sofa bed and a kitchenette with a dining table. From the whole living room you have a fantastic view over the whole bay of Medulin.

Location and surroundings of object

Medulin is situated on the coast of the Istrian peninsula, offering endless promenades along the crystal clear sea, wonderful sandy beaches, small caves in the Istrian rock, ancient pines and magnificent views of the untouched nature of neighbouring islands. Medulin is also close to the historical city of Pula. The large sandy beach and the harbour promenade of Medulin can be reached in about 20 minutes. Restaurants, cafes and bars are available in large numbers in the area
There are also shopping facilities in Medulin, you will find several supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine or Konzum. Fresh rolls are also available at the various bakeries.
Excursions can be started from here without any problems. Pula with its large amphitheatre and famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. Alternatively, you can just get on the bus and let it take you to Pula and back without stress and searching for a parking space. (a bus stop is about 10 minutes away from the house)
If you want to bring your bikes, Medulin offers a number of marked bike routes. However, you can also rent a bike on site if required.
The excursion areas of the Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or the bays of Liznjan, Sisan can also be easily and quickly reached from here.

In Fazana, or the National Park Brion Islands, with its unique flora and fauna, you can reach us in about 15 minutes by car. The port city of Pula is called the cultural centre of Istria.
