The ALOE apartment is newly renovated and, in addition to a bedroom, offers two more sleeping options in the living room on a very comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer unit, microwave, and ceramic cooktop.
A sufficiently large balcony, sun-protected by an awning, invites you to linger and offers space for taking all meals outdoors. Four chairs at the dining table, or for sunbathing. The apartment is very quiet, facing the back towards the pool area, and offers a very beautiful view of the dunes in the direction of Maspalomas – an unobstructable view!! Satellite TV, washing machine, and a guest guide for the surrounding area are available to help you experience beautiful things.
Towels are provided for 4 people. For longer stays, it is possible to use the washing machine. Two large bath towels are provided for the pool area and beach.
In 2026, only the entire month of September is still available at a special price! ! ! !
On the day of departure, no specific time is required; this day is still fully available for your use. Therefore, we always calculate the exact days of occupancy and not nights, so that you can depart at your leisure and do not have to leave the apartment already at 10 a.m., or can move in immediately on the day of arrival! ! !

The apartment is located on the beautiful sunny island of GRAN CANARIA, in Playa del Ingles. Quietly situated, yet still central to the CITA or YUMBO CENTER, as well as the beach/dunes, only about 15 minutes on foot, or always by taxi for just €4.50, which is cheaper than the usual parking fee at the beach.
On the day of arrival and departure, no specific time is set; this day can be used in full, as we charge for occupied days and not for nights. The final cleaning fee is €60.00 and is to be paid on site. by arrangement

The high season in Gran Canaria is always from September to April of the following year, precisely the time of year when it is cool and wintry here in Germany. The seasonal prices are divided as follows:
High season: €45.00 from September until April of the following year
Low season: €41.00
Booking gaps: Special price from €41 per occupancy day, or price upon request at telephone +49 015901743961
The deposit is due upon conclusion of the contract, or on an agreed date; it amounts to 25 to 30% of the booking price. For stays of more than 30 days up to 8 weeks, the deposit is 33% of the booking price, or by personal arrangement. Booking and inquiries are also welcome directly by phone at 015901743961.
The prices are agreed upon firmly in advance and recorded in a rental contract.
We are also happy to assist you with flight searches. A very clear rental contract will be sent to you in advance for your information and review.

Class Apartment!
Thank you, Fam. Guttenberger, for such a great apartment. Everything was perfect here! We have been flying to "PLAYA" for about 35 years, and this is the best we have had so far! Starting from the front door to the balcony, we felt very comfortable here!! Unfortunately, there is one downside that cannot be overlooked. However, the Fam. Guttenberger cannot do anything about this. We had 10 days of construction noise/renovation work from several apartments in the building and unbearable noise from Spanish children at the pool, sometimes until 21:00. 12 AM and they were not tourists - what a pity. But as I said, the Guttenberger family can't prevent that either. But again, folks - the price-performance ratio and the apartment couldn't be better!!!

October Maspalomas
We were there in October 2023. It is a really nice apartment in Maspalomas. Everything was great, great location, very pleasant and trustworthy landlord. Reasonable payment terms and fair prices - we will definitely go back :).

I would love to come again!!!
a very well-kept, clean apartment. Cozy furnishings and all daily necessities are available. As described, the kitchen is well equipped, washing machine, television, iron, everything on-site and in good condition. Balcony with sun loungers and folding table facing the beautiful well-kept pool area. Very comfortable beds, slept very well and very quietly. Sufficient number of towels available.
What also impressed me is the central location, everything within walking distance: Cita shopping center around the corner, German cafe, bus stop and taxi right in front, promenade reachable in 7 minutes, two supermarkets, German bakery and butcher, as well as cafes and various restaurants under the apartment complex.
The booking was uncomplicated and the contact with the owner was very pleasant and competent.
Great support from the owner, always accessible, informative and professional. Thank you very much, Mr. Guttenberger.
Everything was perfectly organized and went smoothly, will definitely come back and gladly.
Conclusion: can only recommend it, felt completely comfortable!!! Thanks again.
