Description

The beautiful new Villa Calla has a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a corridor, a living room, and a balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/tavern. A beautiful swimming pool is located in front of the villa, where there is also a pavilion with seating. Parking spaces are available on the private property of the villa for two vehicles. In the park, there is a swing, and you can also enjoy playing table tennis. The distance to the center of Labin is approximately 2 km, to the beaches in Rabac 6 km, or 5 km to the beaches in Prtlog Bay. In addition to enjoying Villa Calla while sunbathing at the pool or relaxing under the pavilion, you can also visit the old town of Labin, which dates back to Roman times (once a week, a guided walk through the old town is organized to introduce you to the sights). A walk along the seaside promenade in Rabac is wonderful, as there are numerous bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, and lounge bars that are open late into the night. The excursions include, for example, a picnic with a larger boat on the island of Cres, a visit to the Roman amphitheater in Pula by car, or a visit to the old town of Rovinj, which also has an interesting history to offer.

Location and surroundings of object

The village of Rogočana is located about 12 km from the Old Town of Labin (the oldest town in Istria), right on the coast, and is the ideal place for vacationers seeking peace. Rogočana consists of only a few private holiday homes.
Here, one can still find beautiful spots and bays where you are almost alone. The beaches along this stretch of coast are not yet overcrowded. Parking at these beaches is still free directly in front of the bays.
