Our house is sunny, quiet, yet central, surrounded by green meadows and a magnificent mountain panorama. The Königssee and the Jenner snow experience mountain are only a 5-minute walk away! The holiday apartment, equipped for 2-5 persons, is located on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished, with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player with sound system and DVD collection, stereo system, and telephone. It has a size of 46 m² and comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upon request, we can provide you with a second, separate bedroom! The apartment includes a south-facing terrace with an adjoining lawn, where you can enjoy your breakfast or afternoon coffee. There is a parking space available for your car right next to the house!

Location and surroundings of object

Our house is an ideal starting point for many activities: The Königssee, the Jenner cable car, the famous artificial luge track, and a cross-country ski trail are located in the immediate vicinity; as are shopping facilities, restaurants, a bus stop, and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
In addition to the unique natural landscape of the National Park (Watzmann,), Lake Chiemsee, the Salzkammergut region and Salzburg are also worth a visit. We are happy to provide more information! Schönau am Königssee is the southeastern-most municipality of Germany, bordered on the west by the Ramsau valley and open to the north towards the settlement area of the Berchtesgaden market. To the east and south, however, massive mountain massifs such as the Hoher Göll, Hagengebirge, and Steinernes Meer rise up like a stone boundary wall - the common border with the neighboring Salzburger Land.

The prices are valid for 2 persons per day and already include all other charges such as , electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels.
Each additional person costs 15 euros per day.
Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
The local visitor's tax is charged separately.

If a vacation with us is not possible due to Corona, you can cancel your booking at any time free of charge.

Double booking, "not my problem"

Although booked and confirmed over a year ago, upon our arrival, the apartment was double-booked. An unacceptable alternative apartment was offered to us.
According to the owner, he has nothing to do with the double booking as his daughter coordinates the bookings!!! Since no vacation rental was available nearby, we drove back 850 km the next day. So, be careful.

Top location

The flat is in an absolute top location. From the terrace you can see the Jenner and the Watzmann.
The flat is very well equipped and has everything you need for living. The landlady Mrs. Hölzl is a very nice lady
We can only recommend the flat.
We will definitely come back
The price/performance ratio was perfect.
