The villa consists of two houses with a total of 4 spacious double rooms - fully air-conditioned, 2 cosy, small single rooms, one of them with bed (1,40 x 2,00 m) - fully air-conditioned. 4 barrier-free, elegant shower bathrooms with underfloor heating, WC and bidet as well as a separate guest toilet. Modern, open kitchens with extensive equipment are naturally included.
In the secluded courtyard there is a large tiled pool ( x x m, the pool is heated in winter and in the transitional period), with a covered lounge area.
They also have a spacious covered barbecue and dining area in the courtyard,

Villa Perla is centrally located in the small, idyllic and quiet village of Sisan, on the sunny southern tip of Istria, only three kilometres from the sea.
