The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2012, was renovated in 2020, and is furnished in the typical local style and practically equipped. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a farm, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue possibility, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, yard, and horse stable. Horse enthusiasts are welcome with or without a horse. Horse box available for rent separately. Riding lessons for everyone, cycling, paddling for active holidaymakers. Playground on the farm.

Lübben Spreewald. The holiday apartment is located on a farm, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The holiday apartments BRA SPR 005 (1 x 5 people: 2 adults + 3 children), BRA SPR 006 (2 x 3 people) and BRA SPR 007 (2 x 2 people) are located on the same horse farm. If you are interested in a riding lesson, please indicate this already when booking. Apartment in unique natural surroundings, the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve “Spreewald”. Our holiday apartments are located on a horse farm.

Attic: Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 15% per booking per stay.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 45 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: breakfast 15 € per person per day. horse-back riding 35 € per person per hour. Baby cot (please order when booking) 10 € per bed per day. High chair (please order when booking) 10 € per piece per day. For a fee: Horsebox.

But - no W-LAN In times when everything has to be booked online because of Corona, an important minus point for us. Child should get a riding lesson, no appointment found. Such things should be mentioned in advance. And in the Spreewald you need cash. Hardly any card payments possible. Although posters everywhere pay with "contactless as possible".
