The holiday flat is lovingly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The balcony facing the Baltic Sea (access from the living and kitchen area) invites you to linger with cosy seating. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday flat Villa Rosa 2 is a non-smoking accommodation. Washing machine is available (in the cellar fee- 2 Euro). The car parking space with the number 2 is directly at the object. Storage facilities (shared cellar) for bicycles are available. Shopping facilities, bakery and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The location is perfect for anglers, as from the harbour it is possible to go fishing on the Baltic Sea for salmon and cod or on surrounding Bodden waters for pike and zander. The Glowe harbour is only a 3 min walk from the holiday flat. Optimal cycling and hiking possibilities to explore the island complete the offer. Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement (fee Euro 5,-/ per dog/ per night). The dog beach is nearby.

Here the steep coast of the Jasmund peninsula and the fine sandy beach of the Schaabe, an extensive spit on the Tromper Wiek, meet. Quietly situated on the Königshörn cliff-directly between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden waters. The Jasmundtherme with swimming pool, sauna etc. is 8 km away. Ideal location for numerous excursions, such as Cape Arkona, Hiddensee Island, chalk cliffs, Jasmund National Park, the fishing port of Sassnitz, the ferry port of Mukran, the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin, the climbing forest and toboggan run in Bergen, Gingst amusement park, Störtebeker open-air festival in Ralswiek, Spyker Castle and Dinoland, boat trips, sightseeing flights, ferry trip to Scandinavia, German maritime museum Ozeanum Stralsund, Near the holiday flat there is a supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlour and many restaurants.

Family vacation at the Baltic Sea
Perfectly equipped apartment, just as described.
The only drawback: key handover could be optimized for non-drivers, as it takes place in another town.
