The historic 18th century villa has been lovingly restored in traditional Tuscan style and is tastefully furnished with antique furniture
Thus the ambience of the past time was preserved, but at the same time the holiday house is equipped with all modern comfort.
Situated at an altitude of 300 metres between Lucca and Pisa, it offers a wonderful panoramic view of the medieval village of Buti, surrounded by green olive terraces and picturesque pine woods
Particularly attractive is the proximity to the white beaches of Versilia and the exclusive seaside resort of Viareggio. A visit to the Torre Del Lago Puccini is also highly recommended, a "must" for all opera lovers.
Nature lovers and birdwatchers will be delighted by the nearby Migliarino S. Rossore Nature Park

Interior
The old two-storey farmhouse is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. With 200 m² it offers a lot of space for 9 persons in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bright living/dining area with an antique fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds and its own toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double rooms, 1 triple room (double bed wide and a single bed) with toilet and 2 separate bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bathtub.
Exterior area
Guests will find a lot of peace and quiet in the spacious garden (m²), where the elegant pool area (14 x m; m deep) with its sun loungers and sunshades invites them to relax
At the front of the house there is a large shaded panoramic terrace with a pergola overgrown with wild wine. Here the guests can sit together comfortably and enjoy the meals in the open air, which they have prepared beforehand on the outdoor grill.
The access to the house leads over a 1 km long gravel road, it is not suitable for lowered vehicles.
There are 3 parking spaces on the site.

The villa is located between Pisa and Lucca, not far from the small medieval village of Buti and only a few kilometres from the white sandy beaches of Versilia. Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia are only 30 km away
Due to its central location, the property is an ideal starting point for day trips to the famous art and culture cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence and Siena.
The coastal town of La Spezia is about a 90 minute drive from where you can start a tour of the villages of the "Cinque Terre".
But also the beautiful landscape of the surroundings invites you to all kinds of activities such as cycling tours, hikes and more.
Sports enthusiasts will find numerous offers such as tennis, horse riding, golf etc. in the surrounding area.
For culture and opera lovers, we recommend a visit to the Torre del Lago, where you can follow in Puccini's footsteps and visit the museum in Villa Puccini. Numerous opera performances take place in summer
Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to the Migliarino S. Rossore Natural Park with a boat trip on Lake Massaciuccoli, the largest lake in Tuscany.
The small medieval village of Buti with its various shops, restaurants, bars, post office, bank and pharmacy is only km away and can be reached on foot along a scenic path
