Spacious beautifully situated bungalow with wonderful unobstructed views of False Bay in Somerset West. The bungalow has a large open plan living area with TV and DVD player, a large fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining table. There are two bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom with double bed has a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet and direct access to the pool and garden. The second bedroom (either single or double bed) also has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.
From the living room or kitchen you have direct access to a large covered terrace.
The garden and pool area is equipped with sun loungers. A double garage with electric door is available for your vehicle.
The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Towels, pool towels and bed linen are sufficiently available.
The entrance to the house is locked with an electronically operated gate. The house is secured with an alarm system.
On request, we can provide German TV and WLAN.

You can reach Cape Town and the airport in about 30 minutes via the N2. The beautiful wine region around Stellenbosch is only a few minutes away, as are the many wonderful golf courses.
The sea with its wonderfully fine sandy beach is just 15 minutes away.
