We rent our privately used chalet for max. 4 persons on the camping Julianahoeve directly behind the dunes in Renesse.
Our chalet is centrally located in the Park Pauw to the Centrumplatz at the end of a cul-de-sac, therefore no through traffic. This allows you to relax and eat in peace on the terrace.

It has a comfortably furnished living/dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 x with TV), kitchen area, bathroom with shower, separate WC.
The chalet has electric heating in the living/dining area.
There is a free Wifi network all over the campsite.

Living/dining area:
1 large comfortable couch, TV with German programmes, 1 dining table with 4 chairs, 1 highchair for children available

Kitchen area:
well equipped with a 6-person dishwasher (new in 2020), microwave with grill/hot air (new in 2020), refrigerator with freezer compartment (new in 2020) 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker, Senseo, electric kettle, children's crockery, as well as complete equipment for daily use.

Bedrooms:
1-> double bed 1,30 x 1,90 m, wardrobe, wall units
2-> 2 single beds x m, with additional TV, wardrobe, wall units
3-> 1 bunk bed: bottom x m, top x m (loadable up to 40 kg)
All bedrooms with blackout blinds. 1 failure protection available.

Furthermore there are games and books in the chalet.

Terrace:
1 garden table with 4 chairs, parasol, 2 garden loungers (new in 2020)

Garden house:
1 charcoal grill and 1 handcart are available and may be used. These items are not part of the rental agreement, as we cannot constantly check this.
There are also 1 clothes horse and sand toys.

1 car parking space is available and included in the rent.

Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. Dogs are not allowed on the campsite.

The well maintained campsite Julianahoeve has been awarded 5 ***** by the ADAC and has received several other awards which are displayed in the reception area.

Description
Indoor swimming pool (80 m long turbo slide with light effects, DUO racer slide, extra small children's pool with slide, whirlpools,
new wellness area 18 + (infrared sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, loungers)
Spraypark (outdoor water playground) is accessible only through the swimming pool in summer with sun beds.
You can use the swimming pool as often as you like every day. Regularly also water gymnastics.

Animation:
Daily program for all ages. In September extra program for seniors and toddlers.
(Juultjers Bastelclub in the theatre, every day the Juultje Express drives with the children across the square, sports offers, special teenager program, football tournaments, games, live music, shows, musicals and much more.

Supermarket on the square (Plus):
Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs, such as freshly baked rolls, fruit, vegetables, meat, drinks, magazines and much more.

Atlantica indoor playground in the shape of a huge sand castle.

Renesse:
A car-free path leads directly from the campsite to the centre.
Here you will find many small shops, sunny terraces, ice cream parlours, beer gardens, restaurants and a disco.

additional information about rental price:

Rental from the beginning of April to the beginning of November on a weekly basis (arrival Saturday), except on special dates (public holidays). Please indicate the number of persons and age in your inquiry! We only rent to families and couples (not under 25 years), no groups. The rental price includes all consumption costs (gas, water, electricity) for 4 persons. The car parking space is included.
In addition there is the fee for the cleaning team of 55 € (departure Mo-Sa), 80 € (departure Sundays and holidays).
We take 200 € deposit, which will be refunded after checking the mobile home, provided there is no damage/pollution and everything is complete. An overnight fee of € (as of 2020) per person/per night, children under 2 years are free of charge, is charged by Juliananhoeve. This fee is not included in the rental price, but includes the visitor's tax, entry to the swimming pool (as often as you like), animation of children/adults, W-LAN on the whole site, as well as the use of facilities.
Arrival: 15 o'clock (in the holidays o'clock), departure: 10 o'clock
Non smoking chalet, dogs are not allowed on the whole campsite.

Those who like roommates will feel comfortable here.

The chalet was unfortunately unclean, partly even moldy, and did not meet the advertised standards. The communication was unnecessarily accusatory, while basic cleanliness was lacking.

The accommodation also lacks a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. While you can use the site's Wi-Fi for free, it was quite crowded during our stay at Easter, and the Wi-Fi was correspondingly very unstable.

Conclusion:
It can definitely be better. The stay in Renesse was nice as always – but this accommodation is definitely not recommended.

wir teilen allen unseren Gästen vor Anreise mit, wenn etwa nicht in Ordnung ist, dass man es uns DIREKT nach Ankunft mitteilt. Sie haben unser Mobilheim am Ostermontag 6.4. verlassen und hatten uns bis Dato NICHTS mitgeteilt, dass es nicht in Ordnung sei.!!!
Stattdessen "beschweren" Sie sich am 18.4. hier und schreiben eine schlechte Bewertung...
Vielleicht wird hier vergessen, dass man sich auf einem Campingplatz befindet und nicht in einem "5***** Hotel ?...

Wir waren selber in den Osterferien vor Ort und hatten am Reinigungsdienst nichts auszusetzten.
Wenn wir selber vor Ort sind, gehen wir bei unseren Gästen vorbei "Hallo sagen" und fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das kam bislang immer gut an bei den Gästen.
Wir haben Sie leider persönlich nicht angetroffen.

Wenn man unsere anderen Bewertungen hier liest, sieht man, dass es zum Thema Reinigungsdienst bisher keine Beanstandungen gab.

Zum Beispiel zu unseren Standards gehören Hygienebezüge über Kopfkissen/Bettdecken. Dadurch wird z. B. vermieden, dass es auf Kopfkissen Flecken vom "Schwitzen" gibt. Da sind unsere Gäste immer sehr dankbar.

Wir weisen vorher darauf hin, dass es hier in unseren gemütlichen Mobilheim keinen eigenen Router gibt, sondern nur das kostenlose Wifi von Julianahoeve. Das ist nun kein Grund sich hinterher darüber zu beschweren.

Lieber Herr H., sind unser erster Gast, der sich beschwert. Dies sieht man an unseren anderen Bewertungen.
Schön, dass es Ihnen aber in Renesse gefallen hat.

We had a very nice last week of vacation in the Hartmann family chalet with 2 of our grandchildren. The chalet was exceptionally clean and had everything you need for a great vacation with children. In addition to a handcart, beach toys and other games were available. Furthermore, two beautiful seating areas with a large parasol and grill invited us to linger at the chalet. The children also had a lot of fun at the nearby playgrounds, and in bad weather, we visited the swimming pool extensively. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the entire site. Julianahoeve has 5 stars for a reason. We already knew Julianahoeve from previous day visits and this year was our first time staying on the site. We can wholeheartedly recommend the facility and the Hartmann family's chalet. It is a true paradise for children with its all-day animation program for different age groups. Dear Hartmann family, we enjoyed the week in your chalet very much, thank you for this opportunity. Perhaps until next year, with best regards from Saarland, Franz-Josef Schwickerath.

We will definitely come again.

We spent our summer vacation this year in the chalet of the Hartmann family. Two adults and a 7-year-old. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back. In terms of appearance, it is a slightly older chalet with a lot of charm and cozy details. The equipment is top-notch, except for the tiny toilet (which probably can't be helped). Everything you need is available, from a dishwasher to sand toys. We didn't have to bring so much stuff.
As with all other chalets and accommodations during the peak season, you pay a lot more than during the off-season.
The booking process and support for any questions were top-notch.
The campsite excels in child-friendliness and entertainment, with a great environment, direct proximity to the beach, and many other attractions, ensuring that boredom doesn't even arise.

Es ist auch normal, das man in der Hauptsaison mehr zahlt, als in der Nebensaison. Das ist bei allen anderen Vermietern auch so.
Wenn man nach Mallorca fliegt, ist es auch nicht anders.
Trotzdem freuen wir uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat.

Great short vacation!

Beautiful house with absolutely everything needed to experience a relaxed holiday. Wonderfully clean! Very, very tidy and thoughtfully furnished, located centrally but still quiet on the square with nice neighbors. The contact with the landlord family was excellent.

Holiday 3.0

Another very nice holiday in the chalet of the Hartmann family. As expected, the chalet was very clean and absolutely sufficient for a lovely holiday. This time we were more drawn to the surroundings and visited the Delta Works. Highly recommended! The surrounding towns were also visited more during this holiday. Recommendation: Burgh Hamstede! But back to the Julianahoeve campsite. Since it was much more relaxed regarding Corona this summer, we were able to enjoy great shows. In addition, there was a lot on offer for kids and teens again. The foam party, for example, was really great!
Thanks to the recommendation from the Hartmann family, a spontaneous visit to the Burger Bus at Grevelinger Meer was also planned. The kibbeling there is highly recommended :-)
The contact with Sonja and Clemens Hartmann was really warm (thanks again for the great evening at the campsite :-)). Overall, once again a fully successful vacation at the chalet of the Hartmann family on the beautiful campsite Julianahoeve!

Selbst bei Mobilheimen mit zusätzlichen eigenen Router kann es zu Schwankungen kommen, da dies auch über den Platz läuft.

Chalet Julianahoeve

As we wanted to book at very short notice, some difficulties arose. Mrs Hartmann was very helpful and helped us immediately so that our holiday could still work out. We were satisfied with the chalet, it was quiet and fully equipped. We could store our bicycles in the garden house. Renesse and the beach were within walking distance.

Repeat offender :-)

We are repeat offenders and have stayed in this chalet for the second time
As with our first holiday, we liked it very much again. The contact with the landlords is very friendly and uncomplicated
The cleanliness in the chalet is great
Everything in the kitchen area was tiptop and equipped with many utensils
It is nice that fly screens were installed in front of the windows (also the first time)
The location is also very good. You can get to the supermarket quickly in the morning, and with a short walk to the nature reserve and then directly to the beautiful sandy beach
You can also get to Renesse pretty quickly on foot or by bike via a nice walking/cycling path
All in all, it was an all-round success there.
We hope we can come back again!

Traumhafter Urlaub

The chalet (as well as the entire campsite) was very clean. Additionally, everything needed for daily use was available. It was nice to be at the end of a dead-end street. This provided privacy even though it was located right next to a "road." The overall package was great! The contact (both written and in person) was very friendly. I can fully recommend this chalet!!!

a great place, a great accommodation, a wonderful location - perfect vacation

Hello,
the place is absolutely great and also had good solutions during the challenging times of Corona. The accommodation has been designed with a lot of care and attention to detail, truly excellent. Worth mentioning is that the Wi-Fi signal on the site is not consistently strong and the occasional ant - both totally fine for us and in no way to be attributed to the overall evaluation. The location and the landscape are wonderful. We had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation and would like to return.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. In den Sommerferien kann es mal sein, dass das kostenlose WLAN, je nachdem wie ausgelastet es ist, nicht 100 % verfügbar ist. Das WLAN wird direkt von Julianahoeve zur Verfügung gestellt, darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss. Ameisen gibt es überall auf dem Platz aufgrund der Sandbodenverhältnisse, darauf weisen wir alle unsere Gäste in den AGB darauf hin. Alle Chalets auf dem Platz haben Lüftungsschlitze. Dadurch können in jedem Chalet z. B. durch Brötchenkrümmel, offene Packungen/Flaschen, Sand vom Strand... Ameisen angezogen werden.

Lovely short vacation

We had a very nice short vacation in a very beautiful chalet and felt very comfortable. Everything you need for everyday use is available. Especially worth mentioning is the location, very central and ideal with children to quickly reach the attractions such as the swimming pool / entertainment at the site. We liked it so much that we would like to enjoy our vacation in this accommodation again in 6 weeks.

Schöner Kurztrip

We were in Julianhoeve for the first time and had really nice days. The chalet is right in the middle and therefore super central. You can reach everything quickly, whether it's the supermarket, beach, or swimming pool.
The chalet is equipped with everything you need.
Mrs. Hartmann was very nice and we thank you.
We will definitely come back to Julianhoeve.
