Enjoy your holiday in the 75 sqm large, bright flat with floor-to-ceiling windows, south-east terrace and electric sun awning. The comfortable half-open kitchen leads into the spacious living-dining area, where you can simply feel at home. High-quality materials were used in the furnishing of the flat and the construction of the house. In the 2 separate bedrooms with TV, you can expect a high level of sleeping comfort with height-adjustable slatted frames. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200), the other with a french bed (1,40 x 2,00 m). The flat has Loewe TVs, a music system and free internet access via WLAN. The high-quality bathroom with lots of daylight is equipped with a glass comfort shower, bathtub, underfloor heating and towel warmer. There is a small utility room with a washer-dryer in the flat
The house has a lift as well as a wellness area with a Klafs premium sauna / sanarium with starry sky, a cross trainer and an ergometer. There is also a rain shower with colour-changing LED lighting. Enjoy the sauna with relaxing music, in front of the TV or on one of the lounge chairs with a book. Behind the house there is a carport with a charging station for your e-car and a bicycle shed for our guests.

The exclusive holiday flat Deck 1 is located on the ground floor of the Ostsee Lodges holiday home with sauna and fitness area. From the small high-quality residential unit, with only 5 flats, you can reach the Baltic Sea with the extensive beach promenade, the harbour of Niendorf, the bakery, restaurants and cafés in only 3 minutes on foot.
There are all kinds of water sports on the Baltic Sea, sailing-surfing and diving courses in Niendorf.
Visit the indoor seawater pool in Niendorf or the Ostseetherme with water slide in
Timmendorfer Strand.
In the Seepferdchen KinderClub, the very young guests in Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf are especially welcome and at the same time in good hands from June to August, e.g. participatory musicals or

The visitor's tax will be charged additionally. For bookings of less than 5 nights, we charge a one-time short stay surcharge of € 30.00
The linen package includes bed linen, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, 1 bath mat and a dishcloth per person, if desired can be booked additionally for € 28.00 per person.
Booking fee 30,00 €.
On request, we will gladly provide you with a high chair for € 12.00 or a travel cot for € 20.00.
The local visitor's tax will be charged additionally.
