Your semi-detached house has its own south-east facing garden. On the ground floor there is a hallway and a small storage room (with washing machine - subject to charge), 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds that can easily be made into a double bed) and a shower with WC.
Via natural stone steps you reach the upper floor, where you find a 40 sqm living - dining area with high ceiling up to the gable. The visible oak beams and an appealing interior design invite you to cosy evenings, even in cool seasons. The kitchenette with refrigerator, cooker and dishwasher as well as an elegant dining set with a spacious table leave nothing to be desired and are sure to inspire every hobby chef. Of course, the flat has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a music system. There are also a variety of books to browse through. We attach particular importance to the well-being of our smallest guests, for whom a small play box as well as a baby package (stair gate, travel cot, high chair, nappy pail and potty) is available and included in the price.
In the garden there is a barbecue fireplace, on which delicious sausages and steaks can be prepared, and a garden house. There is also a swing and a sandbox with toys for our younger guests, while the older ones can make themselves comfortable on the garden furniture on the terrace.

We immediately fell in love with this region. Calm and nice
The living-dining area is nicely and practically furnished. It looks just like in the pictures. The bedroom with the beds was comfortable. The bathroom is really very small as indicated, and the fittings are somewhat outdated. I found it very unfortunate with the service that upon our arrival (even though the temperature was about 4 degrees), the heating was set to frost, and the rooms (house) were accordingly cold; it took more than a day to warm up. The landlord did not consider it important, which is why only 3 stars.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Da gab es wohl ein Missverständnis in der Kommunikation. Die Gäste wurden vor Anreise von uns informiert, dass die Heizkörper herunterreguliert waren. Im Gegenzug konnten die Mieter absprachegemäß das Haus schon früher nutzen.

New Year's Eve with charm
What is more beautiful than a few days away from everyday life - in a cozy apartment with everything you need? We love thatched roofs, the apartment is nicely furnished, the arrangements with the landlords gave us a good feeling beforehand, thanks also for the great tips in the areas of experiences and gastronomy - So all thumbs up and we can highly recommend it, we will definitely come back…

Nice, cozy little house in a great location.
We enjoyed a week of family vacation with our dog here. The amenities are more than excellent. You can tell that a lot of thought went into it. The location is amazing. We will definitely come back.

Dreamlike
We were here for a week as a trial, and it was beautiful. The weather didn't cooperate much, but our holiday home made up for it. Very cozy and personally decorated with attention to detail, and the garden was great too. Not very close to the beach, which meant no traffic, so it is also particularly suitable for families with small children. We are thrilled and will come back next year.

Reet idyll for feeling good
The garden with a grill, sandbox, and swing is large enough for playing and relaxing. Little traffic on the street, garden fenced.
In the house, everything is available that the heart desires. Not just any holiday home, but one with small nice details that show you are welcome.
