Description
You have a fantastic panoramic view to the east and south of the sea and Narbonne-Plage, to the west as far as the Pyrenees with the Pic du Canigou, and to the north into the garrigue and to the Massif de la Clape. There is also a small west-facing balcony with 2 chairs, a bistro table, and a sunshade.

Location and surroundings of object
Only 15 km from Narbonne, at the foot of the hills of the La Clape mountains, lies the beautiful seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage. More than 300 sunny days a year and a very well maintained 5 km long and approx. 200 m wide fine sandy beach promise pure holidays. The bathing season begins in April and lasts until October. Even in the high season the beaches are not crowded. Since 1988, Narbonne-Plage has received the "Pavillon Bleu" award every year for excellent water, beach and port quality.
Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth here. Surfing, sailing, jet skiing and many other water sports are offered. Cyclists will find an extensive network of cycle paths connecting the coastal towns around Narbonne-Plage. Nature lovers will find peace and relaxation during walks through the Massif de la Clape and the vineyards. For dog owners there are enough dog beaches, so that also your four-legged darling can enjoy the vacation
From March onwards and throughout the summer there are regular free events in the area of the beach promenade. For night owls a discotheque is open all year round.
For those interested in art and culture, an excursion to Narbonne is recommended. There are countless museums here. Walk in the footsteps of the Romans, enjoy a walk along the Canal de la Robine, visit the medieval cathedral of Saint-Just-et-Saint-Pasteur and and and
For those who want to cook themselves, there are several small grocery stores and bakeries in the centre of Narbonne-Plage. There is an Intermarché and a Lidl in the neighbouring village. Be sure to visit the local markets held several times a week, where you can buy all the food directly from the producers.

Up to 4 weeks before the rental start, the holiday home can be canceled free of charge. If you cancel up to 3 weeks before the rental start, a cancellation fee of 30% of the rent will be charged. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before the rental start, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rent will be charged. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the rental start, a cancellation fee of 80% of the rent will be charged. The cancellation fees are waived if a new tenant is found in time before the rental begins.

Whoever is looking for a small paradise will find it here!
We spent 2 wonderful weeks with 2 large dogs in Villa Pinienhain. The house has a great, quiet location, is spotlessly clean, and really equipped with everything you need. Especially for hobby cooks like me, it is a joy to have fun in the kitchen. The house, especially the upper part, consisting of living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, is bright and flooded with light. Even with the shower door open, you have a sea view. Just with dogs, you find everything you need. On the ground floor is the garage, where the car could be parked, as well as the access through the garage and the house entrance. In the lower area is another bedroom with access to the two lower terraces and a separate shower room. The property is completely fenced. On the upper balcony, 4 - 6 people can fit, there are comfortable garden furniture, as well as loungers and deck chairs. A drying rack also fits here. A spiral staircase leads from the balcony to a small rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the sea and Narbonne Plage, extending over the Massif de la Clape. The beach is reachable in about 10 minutes on foot, even faster by bike. The now extended dog beach of Crénau Naturel, which stretches for about 1.5 km, is visible from the balcony and runs from the restaurant L'Hosptalet Beach to the aquapark towards Gruissan. Dogs can romp around freely there, swim, dig, officially on a leash, but the majority of the French, with also nice dogs of all kinds, are deeply relaxed. There is always plenty of space, even in high season. The LIDL and Intermarché in Gruissan are easily accessible, and there are two small supermarkets in the village. The large Carrefour in Narbonne next to the highway exit is almost a shopping paradise. The contact with the very friendly owners is super pleasant and uncomplicated, as is the handover by the friendly French lady on site. Simply top?

Varied autumn days in a beautiful house
We were at the Stallkamp family's house for the second time this year. This time entirely as a family, a total of 4 adults and one minor child. We found the space completely sufficient for all of us, especially since we were out on tours or at the beach every day. Even swimming in the sea was still possible due to the temperatures. At this time of year, the tourist crowds have diminished, and there is plenty of space on the beach. The attractions are no longer as crowded, and in the restaurants, you can usually always find a place. Together with the wonderful house, it was once again very eventful and diverse days. Among our many trips across France, this accommodation ranks high on our personal list.

Beautiful house with a great view of the sea.
This year we booked the beautiful accommodation for the second time. We spent 16 days in August just the two of us, plus our big dog, in the house. The house is very well equipped with its two bedrooms and bathrooms, making it suitable for four people as well. Everything is available, and you feel immediately welcome and at home. The location is also fantastic, with short distances to the city for shopping or the beach, and no long trips need to be planned for excursions. This time we explored even more of the beautiful area, we often visited Gruissan and the boathouses on stilts look very nice, as does the surroundings of the Aude estuary, which somewhat resembles Florida. At least some views do. Then this wonderful medieval city of Carcassonne, so beautiful, unfortunately we didn't make it back for a second visit in the evening. For this, we looked at Narbonne in the evening and walked through the illuminated streets, so many beautiful impressions. Our dog loves the beach, and we do too… We felt absolutely at home in the house, and still, this magnificent view of the sea, no matter from where, even from the shower…
What should we say? “We will come back” and heartfelt thanks to the Stallkamp family for the very warm and friendly communication.

enjoying vacation
In this house, you can definitely stay for three weeks!!! It feels like home. In this season, it can already be cooler in the evenings and it can also storm heavily. On these days, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in the house and feel good. In the morning, you admire the wonderful view of the sea from the breakfast table, which shows a different color every day, sometimes with more, sometimes fewer waves. In short, the house is amazing as a vacation home, and not a small nutshell. We have known the area and landscape for many years, and there is never a boring day here. The region and especially the house are recommended for all seasons. Especially in winter, for those who can no longer tolerate the summer heat. We will come back here again and again and are glad to have found this house.
