Our Feriehaus Helene is a modern furnished semi-detached house and offers space for 6 people + 1 toddler. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the downstairs bathroom you will find a shower at ground level and in the upstairs bathroom there is a bath and shower. There are also 2 bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor is the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed. For our very small guests we have a travel cot and a high chair. A washing machine outside the flat can be used for a fee. Towels and bed linen can be rented. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living area. From the living/dining area you can access the terrace. The large garden with its fruit trees and the unobstructed view of the greenery invites you to relax and unwind away from the beach. Barbecue, sunbeds, a trolley for the beach walks, as well as storage facilities for the bicycles are available.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in the old centre of Kaltenhof. The beach is about 800m away. The main village of Kirchdorf with shopping facilities, doctor, pharmacy, bicycle rental etc. is at the same distance. The 37-square-kilometre island is just outside Wismar. Nature is the great experience, peace and relaxation from everyday life are possible here. In addition to nature, there are also some sights such as the island church, the lighthouse, the local history museum or one of the numerous island restaurants. A tour by boat to Wismar is also worthwhile. Here you can get directly from the "Old Harbour" to the historic old town.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation up to the 45th day 10%, up to the 30th day 30%, up to the 22nd day 60%, from the 21st day 80% of the overnight price. Additionally, a fee of 30.00 Euros will be charged for cancellations.
