The living area extends over approx. 110 sqm and offers space for 8-9 persons. A careful restoration of the old parish has fully preserved the historical character of the building, the interior walls still show original frescoes from the 17th century. At the same time it has been ensured that the guests do not have to do without modern comfort.
Guests have at their disposal a living room, a dining room and a modern kitchen with household appliances and dishwasher. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 shower rooms. A panoramic terrace is equipped with chairs, table and parasol. The entire apartment has been furnished with attention to detail and antiques, with air conditioning in the two upper bedrooms and ceiling fans in the two lower bedrooms. Below the living area of Palaia 2 there are unique, fascinating rooms, still preserved from Etruscan times, which today are used as a kind of wine bar and have direct access to a former Etruscan grave. For this reason, the ancient building is protected by the Italian "Belle Arti" ! In the Etruscan wine bar the guests can be entertained or take part in a wine tasting. The owner himself produces wine and olive oil. About 100 m from the house there is a nice restaurant with a large garden.
