Welcome to Haus Seepferdchen 3 – Your vacation at the Belgian North Sea!
Enjoy relaxing vacation days in our lovingly furnished holiday chalet in the beautiful seaside resort of Bredene on the Belgian North Sea. Our cozy non-smoking chalet offers space for up to 4 people and 1 dog – ideal for couples, families, and a relaxing holiday with your four-legged friend.
We are especially pleased about our many regular guests who have remained loyal to us for many years. In total, we offer four holiday homes in close proximity to each other – also ideal for a joint holiday with family or friends.
EQUIPMENT & COMFORT
Our holiday home features two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 × 200 cm and 140 × 190 cm).
The modern, open living and dining area invites you to relax together. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, and much more.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the toilet is in a separate room. For our little guests, a travel cot and a high chair are available.
ENTERTAINMENT & FREE WIFI
For entertainment, there are 3 smart TVs with German television, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players with USB connection, as well as a radio with CD, MP3, and USB function. Our free, fast, and stable WiFi allows you to easily stream your favorite movies and series on the smart TVs.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCATION
Our house Seepferdchen 3 is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Bredene on the Belgian North Sea coast. The impressive dune landscape and the wide, kilometer-long sandy beach are only about 600 meters from the chalet and invite you to relaxing days at the beach, long walks, and peaceful hours by the sea.
LEISURE & RELAXATION IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY
Only about 100 meters from the chalet is the lovely Grasduinen recreation park with large playgrounds, free tennis, beach volleyball and volleyball courts, as well as walking paths and other leisure opportunities. The modern adventure pool LAGO Bredene with sauna is also located directly in Grasduinen Park and can be easily reached on foot in just about 300 meters.
SHOPPING & ENJOYMENT
Supermarkets, bakeries, and butcher shops are within easy walking or cycling distance. The weekly market, small shops, and the Bredene shopping center also invite you to stroll and shop. Numerous restaurants, cozy cafés, and typical Belgian fries stands cater to your culinary needs.
SPORT, FUN & ACTIVITIES
In the surrounding area you will find mini-golf courses, bowling, a go-kart track with go-kart and bicycle rental, several swimming pools, and a large trampoline park. The beautiful dunes and well-developed hiking and cycling paths also offer many opportunities to actively discover the Belgian coast.
EXCURSION DESTINATIONS IN THE AREA
Bredene is also an ideal starting point for day trips. Discover the port city of Ostend (approx. 5 km), the charming coastal town of De Haan (approx. 5 km), the historic city of Bruges – the “Venice of the North” (approx. 16 km), or the beautiful city of Ghent (approx. 63 km). MINIMUM STAY & ARRIVAL
Our holiday home can be booked for a minimum stay of 3 nights. During holiday periods and summer months, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Exceptions are possible if there are booking gaps.
During holidays and summer months, we prefer arrivals on Saturdays to avoid booking gaps as much as possible. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Great chalet in a very quiet location.
We can really recommend this chalet. The equipment in this chalet was just top. Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. It is very lovingly furnished, you feel comfortable there immediately. The chalet is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The garden is very beautiful. You really have peace and quiet there. When it got cooler in the evening, you could still sit very comfortably in the pavilion. We were very enthusiastic and will gladly come back again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub
This chalet is lovingly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities; we lacked nothing. The beach in Bredene is incredibly beautiful with its dune landscape.
The contact with Mrs. Maschke was very warm.

Very cozy chalet with top equipment
We felt very comfortable in Haus Seepferdchen 3; we were offered more than we expected. The chalet is very well equipped, which we have not experienced in other vacation homes. The dishwasher saved us a lot of work, and we really liked the Smart TVs. The chalet was very clean, which is always important to me. We particularly liked the lounge furniture with the pavilion in the garden. It took us about 10 minutes to walk slowly to the beach. The beach is beautiful. We will gladly come back.
