Description
All three apartments are on the ground floor. They differ neither in size (living space approx. 63 m) nor in layout. With two bedrooms each, they offer sufficient space for families with two children (possibly also with a baby). Other facilities include: living room with dining area and kitchenette, shower room and iron, ironing board, clothes horse, washing machine, toaster, hairdryer, TV (digital, German channels), Internet Wi-Fi, garden furniture, air conditioning/heating.
The interior is friendly and modern. All apartments have a covered, furnished outside terrace (30 sqm) and an outside shower. The terrace is larger (60 sqm) at one apartment. There is also a barbecue area. The other two holiday accommodations share another outdoor barbecue. Each apartment has its own covered parking space
The property with a total area of 10,000 sqm is available for guests to use together.

Location and surroundings of object
The country house is located on the east coast of Sardinia. It lies idyllically in the middle of a garden and only a few minutes away from the beach Marina di Osalla. Thus, one finds the bathing pleasures here practically in front of the front door, the centre of the small town Orosei is less than 2 km away. There is a supermarket, restaurants/bars and a pharmacy.
Interesting excursion possibilities are among other things
the oasis of Bidderrosa (about 16 km), Cala Gonone (about 26 km), Santa Teresa di Gallura (about 145 km). The distance to the Costa Smeralda is approx. 103 km, to Alghero it is approx. 172 km, to
